    Im heart broken today..still did my todays PE
    Everything was okay i guess only that the person i was doing this for is no longer in my life.
    Broke up with my gf today ;(

      just read your other thread, no i'm not sorry. damn glad that it did happen.

      also, don't make changes to your body/mind/soul for another person.
      dont jelq for another person, dont lift weights for another person, dont change. do it for YOURSELF.

            finished working out after a 1 day break..

            i had slight fever so i had interesting experience doing it

            i didnt have a full erection during the whole session which worked out well for the stretching but had difficulty maintaining the necessary erection while doing jelqing.. but i managed to maintain a 50-60% while jelqing and i guess thats enough

            so the session was good.. not as good as it was while i am 100% ok but its fine i guess..

            also this makes me think if its okay to do PE while ur a bit sick and ur erection is effected.. any thoughts?

              you'll be fine. i dont think there is a correlation between erections and being sick.

                I would let yourself rest to get back to health. I don't think that PE will hurt any but I also don't think you will benefit from it while sick because your body will deal with the illness first (which takes energy) before minor injuries (your penis).

                  i am well now so its fine

                  finished my today's session

                  well as i got well my problem with the boner while stretching came back and had to deal with it :P

                  everything went well i feel good! hopefully i am gaining

                      Feel gooD sometimes but sometimes its the same so kinda mixed feelings there



                      Did a little PE session... No warm up or down doesnt feel that good

                        had a proper PE session after a while!

                        it was good but i was having too frequent erections! dont know whats turning me on that much.. maybe the chocolates i am having :P

                        will try to do it regularly... soon it will be my 1st month of doing JP 90

                        will measure and report if there is anything to report

                        keeping my fingers crossed :P

                          just do the whole 3 months and see how it is. try to gauge if you made gains by feel and look.

                            well i do feel i have a bit of length in there thats why i was willing to measure in the first place :/ besides it lets u know if what u are doing is working or not.. if it isnt obviously u need to add/deduct some stuffs from it.. its more of a analytical move than a greedy one :P

                              i guess. i'm going to also up my reps now. i did 3 sets of 60 reps of dry jelqing, thinking about moving it to 100.

                                so u are not following jonpop's routine? hm well yeah i upped my reps a little now a days i do 60 jelqs and 34-40 V-jelqs...

                                finished my todays routine.. had to do foefers for warming up no gas so no warm water

                                was good... there was much less problem with erection today :P

                                i have noticed that after i am done jelqing and is warming down my penis kinda burns a little.. maybe because of the change in lube? i used to use vaseline body lotion now changed to something called Musk.. any ideas?

                                and my penis was black to begin with but it feels even darker these days
