Here's a new routine. The PNF + Uli #3's didn't give me any gains, so I've been switched to mini sessions of jelqing.
I'll do a base amount of 200 reps to start, divided into 2 or 3 sessions in a day.

    It'll look like this:
morning: Warm up> 110 jelqs > Warm down
Night : Warm up > 110 jelqs > Warm down
I'll also be doing my edging and kegels as well.

Each mini session has a lower overall intensity, so I'm able to increase the number of total reps in a day by about 10-20%.
I'll also be increasing the intensity of the base reps by 1-2% each workout.
I could probably do more reps in each mini session than i posted above, but I want to take it slow.

Tomorrow, I'll do 120 in each mini session.

I'll be alternating between routine A & B throughout the week.

Routine A: mini sessions consisting of 2-4 Warm up> Jelq > (edging) > Warm down. (Edging wouldn't be in each mini session. Once a day only)
Jelqing would start at low and working my way up slowly over time. I can do a full hour of straight jelqing and still see great PIs, so I'll be testing myself in this. It's still to be updated as to how fast I'll be increasing the increments.

Routine B: Warm up > Biker lock hanger > Towel raises > Warm down
This one is to help with my turtling.

          Tuesday, July 3rd

          Warm up > 74? minutes Biker lock hanger > 60 towel raises > 5 minutes start/stop > Warm down

          I was aiming for 74 minutes, but I didn't watch the clock. I don't know when I started, so I took a guess. It's +/- 5 minutes. I think? heh...

            Wednesday, July 4
            Warm up > 134 Jelqs > 7 minutes start/stop > Warm down
Warm up > 80 jelqs > Warm down
Warm up > 80 Jelqs > warm down

I'm already fuller and turtling less. I have great EQ. It's at about 11... What I previously thought was a 10 just isn't as hard or full as what I'm getting now.
According to the JP90, two milking motions = 1 rep. I've been doing 1 motion per rep. So that means the numbers are actually half of what you probably thought I was doing. I keep it very short, but I compensate by making it very intense. I use a fairly strong grip.

I measured myself today and it was a distinct 7.75, and even a tick more on the ruler.
I think I found a routine that works for me Thanks BigAl.

I will probably measure myself and remeasure, because it never quite feels real. This whole gaining process is still surreal to me.
I guess that's why BigAl is such a stickler for EQ. It not only helps with the PIs, and ensuring proper gains, but it also allows you to take accurate and proper measurements.

Hey brainsick! Yea it has. I see you around the forums, giving out good advice

The biker hang is my short form for a passive stretcher that BigAl recommended for me. You can see a sketch here Making an all day penis stretcher - PE Forums- The Original Free Penis Enlargement Forum

You tie an elastic around a padlock and your dig dong, and let it hang for an amount of time. It's supposed to help with turtling.
