During my last workout (9-4-12) I sort of edged (didn't get very close to the PONR but I had a very high erection level) and my expansion was back up to 5.43". Last month I didn't get much expansion due to clamping at a lower erection level, maybe that's why I didn't make any gains. I made gains during the first month of clamping when I was getting 5.43" expansion. I will continue to "edge" while clamped and hopefully make some progress this month.
I've missed the last 5-6 days of PE, had an unexpected guest so couldn't really heat up the rice sock. Next time something like this happens I will try to do the workout anyway, but will maybe warm up with a hot towel instead. I already did the workout today.
Another bad week for PE. I only worked out 2-4 times since my last post. I am going to try to be more consistent, I am also going to start doing 30-60 second squeezes under the head to increase expansion while clamped.
Started the workout again today, I didn't get any expansion from the squeezes like I expected to. I am going to try clamped bends next time. I tried some during my last set, but I think I tried to do them at too high an erection level so I didn't get much of a bend. I am going to do the bends like O-bends, because I think I had some success with those before. Going to start with 2 fingers gripping just above the clamp, then 3, then 4. I am also going to increase the clamping time back up to 10 minutes. If I get a good expansion with this then I will continue on with it, but if I don't get any added expansion I will go back to the clamping + edging 10 minute sets.

Actually, I think I am just going to stick with the 3 sets of 10 minutes, 1 day on/ 1 day off. The reason I wanted to change it up a bit was because my expansion while clamped is lower than it used to be, and I don't want to kegal during the whole session because I think it causes PE. I will just have to focus on edging while clamped, and maybe try to have the clamp one click looser so more blood could flow in (I read that more would flow in than out).
I measured today and yesterday. My girth is back to 5.0625", I am not too bummed out because that is what it usually measured, it wasn't until recently that I started measuring 5.125" consistently. I think I will be able to at least get back up to 5.125" girth this month. I think the loss of girth is just due to me not PE'ing much the passed 2 months. I've been pretty consistent with my last few workouts and I am motivated, so I think this month will go well.
I got 5.43" expansion during my last set of clamping today. I've been getting better expansion (like I did the month I made gains clamping) in my last 2-4 workouts. This could be due to a number of things, I think the main one being because I am more 'worked up' (masturbating less) so it's easier to edge and maintain a strong erection. I got a little close to the PONR during this session too. I am also now using bubble wrap along with a piece of sock underneath the clamp, when I was just using a strip of sock before. Another thing I just started doing is slowly squeezing the head of the penis before removing the clamp, just to possibly get a little more expansion. If all my workouts this month are this intense I think I will see some gains.
I got to 5.43" today while clamped during my last two sets (I usually get a little under that), I also got 5.31"-5.37" on my first set the passed 2 workouts, when I would usually get 5.25". My erection level today was a bit lower, which usually results in less expansion. Even so, I think this is a good sign. I'm also being more strict with maintaining an erection after the w/o (for 10-20 minutes) this last week, which I think is more important than I previously thought.
8 months. I usually read that you need at least 6 months of experience before trying to clamp. It is a very intense exercise so if you're new I definitely do not recommend it, because you will get injured. You don't need to clamp to make gains though, just find a routine and be consistent, give it about 2 months. I know that sounds like a long time if it does not work, but trust me, you will end up saving yourself some time in the end. Also, don't measure multiple times a week. I use to measure nearly every day, but if I didn't see any gains in 1 or 2 weeks I would think that something is wrong and change my routine prematurely.
My girth measured between 5.06" - 5.12". Yesterday I measured at just over 5.06" today it was about 5.09". I think it might be closer to 5.125", but my EQ is a little low right now. I was hoping to at least get a solid 5.125" this month, but I think I am on the right track. I am now getting 5.5" - 5.56" clamped expansion, so I am hoping that gains will soon follow. I had a total of 12 workouts this month, they were mostly every other day, but sometimes it was 2 off. I am going to stick with this routine for another month, if I don't make any gains by the end of November I will probably change it up a bit.
I did 4 sets of 10 minutes today and I got a few small red spots after the session, which I haven't had in over 6 months. My flaccid also feels a bit fuller than usual (7 hours later). I will be doing 4x10 minute sets 2 days on 1 off for a while. It is not going to be as strict though, I will be going by feel. Sometimes I might do more sets, 3 days on, a few sets in the morning a few at night, sometimes 2 days off. I write down the days I do PE, so I will probably post up my workout/rest days by the end of the month. The threads that made me consider this are from *************:
I got 5.6" expansion during my 3rd set today. I think this is due to having a very strong erection through out the entire set. I think my erection when clamped has just been decent and in the last few minutes I would focus more to get a better erection for the measurement. I need to focus on having the best erection possible through the whole set, so I will only masturbate on off days now (about twice a week).
