    A OK, done regular routine, check my buddy thoroughly, side and up, definitely healthier since I start, done some reading regarding the theory of PE, hmmmm still quite confuse, o well experience the best teacher. I'll see the result after one week, I wonder whats the effect of removing squeeze and putting the tunica thug? cant wait.

    Routine :

    8minutes Warm up
    10 Minutes Strecth
    5 minutes Tunica Thug
    10 Minutes Jelq
    20 V Jelq
    10 ULI

    I cant wait for the measure... HOPE my buddy wont turtle..

      Done the usual, tunica thug really making the difference, after my routine I'm doing a 15 minutes fowfers and look at my thing, in he head you can see two ligaments so vivid, scare the shit out of me and quickly stop fowfers no harm done though I guess, that's the effect of Tunica being force. since my PI are still great and my thing can follow exercise, still me and my thing dont communicate that mush, it seem's to want more thoug, but PE is less is more and I must know the importance of restday.. Is there no 6 on 1 routine? ok I'll take 2days off and see the result. can't promise I wont balloon thoug^^April 14 will be my measuring date wonder if I still have newbie gains.. But as I've said I'm looking on cementing..

        4/10/09 OK, my routine goes nice and smooth, got some privacy in the room, edging was a success...Got a morning wood when I wake up, nice flaccid hang..


        I'm in a two day off for healing..^^ hate day off.. none the less I'll already achieve my goal until MAY09(6x5) I'm not in the haste anymore... just taking it slow this time..

          Short-term goal REACHED on 4/19/09: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG (Haven't measured NBPEL)

          Short-term goal #2: , 6" NBPEL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.75" EG

          Long-term goal: 7" NBPEL, 7.5" BPEL, 6.5" EG

              Finally rest day was over, I might change my rest day pattern, might do it 4-1 ,, 2 days was pretty long for me. I'll continue my routine for next two weeks. Good luck to all PEer

                OK I'll Stick for this for two weeks (PWEEWW Finally no squeezes)

                12noon= Ligament

                8 minutes warm up Water Dip
                30 seconds stretch all Direction.. Down, Left, right, up, down, helicopter 5 seconds in between.
                2 set JAI
                6 Tunica Thugs
                10 Minutes Jelq (Low erection)
                5 Uli (Can't help this one, been part of my routine since the beginning)
                3 minutes Cool down..

                10pm- High erection

                8 minutes warm up Water Dip
                30 seconds stretch all Direction.. Down, Left, right, up, down, helicopter 5 seconds in between.
                5 set JAI
                2 Tunica Thugs
                15 Minutes Jelq (High erection)
                10 Uli
                3 minutes Cool down..


                HMMM well that will compromise, hope fully i wont change,, I'll see the result in one week and PI..

                      Ok done the usual, had ejaculated twice yesterday (damn masturbation, I had holding for three days, its so good to release it) I declare today as rest day. Does not feel good for a routine since there are many job. Better do it tommorow. ^^ As I surf I recon I'm measring the wrong way, seems the way I measure was not same as the other, but none theless I follow the new one, so I have no gain to report. T_T joke, hehehheheh yeah I'm still 6x5.. but in the current measurement, I know I have gains..

                          Thanks for the posting and advice have not engage in love making for a year, or sex.. Hmmmmmm I could hold edging for 20-25 minutes, I badly needed it.

                            Hi,

                            I've discover that in order to have a strong hard 100% morning wood I need a 6hours sleep, I wake up 4hours and look at my unit, damn wheres my wood, fall asleep again after 2 hours my stand up, funny my unit was so hard, so from now on I'll sleep minimum of 3 hours except busy season.


                            Regular routine: Noon : Tunica war. Evening Pressure Point.


                            Been busy lately. have measured my flaccid None bone .. 3.75 inch wow, thanks KP for the fowfer they are really making my flaccid lengthy. If i recon it right I got 3inch Post PE flaccid length.. ^^

                                Thanks for posting keido, I sleep past months around 5-6, plan to make it 6-7 though, crazy job out here, specially deadline, but I it had been my habit to have a minimum of 4-5 sleep back in college. I'll just bring that in my system. But proper sleep was needed in PE plan to have at 6-7 hours from this point on^^
