    Low erection 15%-20% having a higher erection level would not enable me to bend to make a U form but a max of 90 degree. I guess I'm one of those few who gain length despite of doing a girth routine, heard about them in other forum. I don't feel anything after a every PE though I see veins visible in the head. I guess the girth gains are not guaranteed since I have reach 5inch before and loose them when I focus on JP tunica tug (no regrets).



    I won't recommend them for length alone, all I can say is make a well rounded routine, targeting all possible growth and Penile parts, then increase the one routine you are focusing (IMHO).

      I am working on both short term goal .3 lenght and .2 girth in eight weeks mid august.
      Starting Stats
      BPEL 6.375 X 5.4" MSEG

      Current Stats
      BPEL 7.390" X 6.00" MSEG Base EG 6.80"

        Thanks for posting livin' life I've posted something in your thread^^ Hope you don't mind.

        Goal, at the end of Feb10 I must have my short term Goal. But any gain are welcome, Ill focus on girth alone until July09, but will include length exercise to promote it, as mystery of PE work, length exercise can promote girth.

        A two week deacon break in August and newbie routine again in Sept09, and Oct09-Feb10 I'll figure something out hopefully.^^

        For now, I have 8 minutes warm up, 10 minutes bend, 20 V jelq while in a shower, will increase intensity after a week.

          I really like how you have short term goals all listed out on your log. That is not only very smart, but a great motivational tool. What will happen is all those small steps will add up in no time to reach your ultimate goal. I'll be looking at your log when I can you seem to have a really good sense of how to approach PE the smart way. Keep it up!

              Congrats on those gains, epsilon! An increase in length by 1+ inches in just 3 months is amazing, you'll be hitting 2+ inches in no time!

                Thanks DT don't know the smart way, I current doing various routine in each month Confusion theory (Larger PE90x) Don't have the patient to have it daily or perform to a strict regimen, thus I plot my own data. since I have only until October before I must decide what work best on me. So I'm switching from lenght to girth to avoid plateu and conditioning my routine from one routine. A little bit complicated I guess.

                No warm up no col down (just a thought, strecthing the tunica would promote length gain? My current routine was intented to promote girth, thus I'm skipping it for the motnh to see the result)

                      I usually go with quality, so time was most essential not count, yup in all direction. No time specific for one bend, but later on I've learn my unit limit, 12 minutes seems to be its limit, bend in all direction left, right, up and down. Shake and rest for 30 seconds after each set. Edging for 20min every day? When I'm a noob they said I can do it everyday? May be I got it wrong, and I thought 20 minutes was so light, I'm just giving my unit enough oxygen and new blood supply, when I feel like ejaculating I just ejaculate it. I'm doing it before I sleep because I can't be that long in the common room. KP said 30 minutes should be the minimum edging time for a beginner, so I'm just doing 20mins.

                      I'm not aiming for staying power, I can stay longer enough already, and without aiming for it, PE will develop it further with all the kegels.

                      Thanks for the shake, I'll cut it those every day (for two weeks) for 5/2, rest day are rest day and have a maximum edge before I take the rest days!!!

                      Because I'm to close too the picture and can't see the whole perspective it is so nice to listen to somebody seeing it in a different angle.

                        Conclusion : If the difference BPEL and BPFL was greater than 0.50 the smooth muscle (limiting factor) must be trained, Adjustment to the bend erection rate. 60%-80% just like the jelq adjustment, hope this work

                            Thanks remmek, yep there's your ultimate dream and the way to reach it was trough having a small step each.


                            OK change of order of routine... warm up 10 minutes, V jelq 30 and bend at high level erection. 2 Stage of experiment, bend with high level erection AKA slinky bend. Edge 10 minutes.

                              I'm made a log in my excel now... I post to this log less..I read my prevoius post and they seem to be redundant till the day of measuring. I'll just update it once something came up.
