Em back em forth em six, added 2 set of O bend, can't restrain my self, preparation for May, still undecided...
I guess I'l see the effect first need my unit 100% working since it will be use several times per day
Nice routine, two sets seems to be bearable.. don't want to give details in O bend since I don't know what I'm talking about..Still nice hung and flaccid after PE session in the evening

haven't done a concrete PE in the past days.. I guess bends dont work on me and less is more^^ but none theless after this vacation may be on June I'm back again in Solid PE routine..
