    Em back em forth em six, added 2 set of O bend, can't restrain my self, preparation for May, still undecided... I guess I'l see the effect first need my unit 100% working since it will be use several times per day


    Nice routine, two sets seems to be bearable.. don't want to give details in O bend since I don't know what I'm talking about..Still nice hung and flaccid after PE session in the evening

      AM:
      8minutes -Strecth-
      6 -Tunica thug-
      15 minutes -Jelq-

      PM:
      8 minutes -strecth-
      20 Mnutes -Jelq-

      I'm close to having a light routine. Nice flaccid the whole day, have my morning wood, wake up twice having them, means O bend was good? no not yet, just kidding, hehehehehehe.

        Done the AM as schedule..
        PM a bit preparation..8mintues warm up, 10 minutes bend..


        Don't know when I can PE again from April 30- May 1 I'll going to travel from here to Philippines, I'll Try a little in the CR^^ and a bit of fowfer If I can. So my Schedule will be 1 PE 1 Rest day.. See you all in May 28, I try to drop by when I have time, Don't know if I still have time, PE and love making, i'll choose love makin hihihihih.. After all its the reason why I PE.. Gudluck all see you soon

          April 30, no pe air travel, May 1 no PE landed on the country no PE, May 2 No PE visit friends and relative, morning May 3 gonna do PE, A quick one, Hot shower, warm up 5 minutes , 10 minutes bend.. Good luck all..^^

            what a vacation..... May 4 another restday, hmmm forgot another kegel..ahmmmmm But 4 ejaculation within a day not bad PE is the best,

            MAY 5.

            Another 7minutes Warm Up
            Another 10 Bend..
            No warm down no time..

            Doing mental PE, imagining my girth and lenght have increase though I know its not, since I can't do actual PE like before that much, I'm doing mental one May be I'm Mental yahaaa!! just kidding, gonna drop fast again soon..

                May 6 have another simple routine....7minutes Hot wrap.. 8 minutes bend.. then my small knocl already in the CR..

                nice hung, have a drink at night, only little. still nice one. Ineed to forget kegel for a while, still to busy.. I start all over again in May 25.. Have a nice PE all

                    haven't done a concrete PE in the past days.. I guess bends dont work on me and less is more^^ but none theless after this vacation may be on June I'm back again in Solid PE routine..

                    Well my GF commented my unit got bigger..sweettttttttttt. I just smiled back and says... I just got better in bed. we'll see each other again in Nov. maybe we'll tie the knot there(or discuss things)..


                    OPPPSSSS back to PE..OK no solid erection each morning, no evening wood.. but horny as ever, as a person who stop PE for one week I don't expect gain (silly) No turtling!! thats great...

                    I'll buy Vitamins and mineral this week, this will help me..

                    Ok see you all PEER... ok gotta stick in my focus... each time I'm peeing I'll do piss pull..

                      Too bad you haven't been able to do a full session in days. But it sounds like it's been working, from the comments of your girlfriend, congratulations on that one, pal. If you're not getting morning or night wood, try holding off on the kegels for a little bit and see if they return. You might have overtrained your BC muscle and it needs a short time to heal.

PE our custom don't encourage shaving among men, but I'll reconsider it, I started trimming.. but I guess it will take months before I take picture again..


                            OK back to business PE..

                            2. Warm Up (8minutes)
                            3. Jelqs (200stroke)
                            4. Uli #3 (10)
                            5. 1st week - 1day onwards-- 2 session per day increase in jelq.
                            6. Warm down (5 minutes)

                            This is my starting routine back then.. I stick with it for a month.

                            Will start on Saturday, Don't know if i can make a post again so I'm posting it know.. Stats for today BPEL 6.3 Width 4.85 (to be prudent)

                                There's truth in your word, criticism either offensive or cautious meant to help the other. Don't worry pal I'm not offended.. I can't post pics of my trimmed unit due to the fact that I left my digi-cam in our home country. May big cock come in your months to come.. hehehe..

                                Back to PE I almost started the routine I discuss the other days, but I have read my subscription to Girth routine, and I can't solemnly say that I exhaust all my effort in my routine, 1 day off a day PE.. Since I have 9 Solids months of celibacy I might as well not hurry things up.. I'll take it slow since time was my ally... I defer to use my initial routine till November09.

                                With thought ahead, I settled to this simple routine for 1 month..

                                10 MInutes Warm Up..
                                10 MInutes bend
                                5 minutes Warm down.

                                1 day PE on day Off.. (Same routine I have done when I'm on vacation not successful though so I'm giving it another shot) .

                                ITS NICE TO START MY ROUTINE AND PE AGAIN..
