Been fairly consistent pretty good eq lately.. probably measure next month to check progress. Sporadic kegals on different days not really counting or logging them as of right now. Some days I get slight red spots after bm but they are usually always gone the next day. I think the rest days really help a lot. I'd like to try doing some consecutive days I feel like I'm recovering good enough now.
3/25 10 minute bathmats no stretch.
A Side note, bm is bathmate, stretches are usually done up down left right out sometimes at a diagonal and sometimes around clockwise and counter clock wise. I'm able to push my stretches a little more. With moderately high pressure for around 15 minutes I'm getting good post bathmats pump. Around .5 to .75 inches increase. It seems to go away in like an hour or two. So far the consecutive days are working really good. I'm getting better at using bathmate as well. It was kinda difficult to keep an erection fill the tubs keep balls from getting sucked in and all that. Alsi the number by the bathmate is theminutes I use it. So 10 stretch is stretching 10 minutes in various positions. If any one reading has any questions or wants to comment on my post feel free. I'm going to measure again around the 23rd of April and hopefully I've made some progress. I feel like I have but we'll see.

3/28 12 stretch 19 minutes bathmate at lower pressure. I have been using slightly higher pressure and it's causing good post bathmate pump but I'm having a little worse eq some days, not bad though. Today in gonna do my stretches but less intensity on the bathmate to help recovery and add higher intensity days intermittently.
