    Today is a day off but i didn't log for yesterdays session. Yesterdays session went really well as I measured my biggest girth size I've had coming in at 5.7" for mid and 5.8" for base. Still no length gains yet and I thinks its quite funny cause I really want length.
    Al got back to me and im only supposed to be doing this new routine once per day and not twice per day but its still 3 times a week so one more day tomorrow before a two day rest.
    After yesterdays second session I noticed on my glan slight pigment discoloration on the right side, you had to look for a bit to see it but I think I may be doing squeezes at too higher % erection. With the squeezes I try to start at 90% erection and then continue to do squeezes until my EQ drops to roughly 70%, then I get it to 90% and keep going. I might try 80% and see how I go or at 90% not squeeze so hard. I'll keep trying a few different things.

      I do my squeezes around 70-80% I find there is a lot more expansion than at higher %, and a light kegel before gripping the base always helps too, but don't over do it.

        Let me know hat you think about the penimaster Pro. And yes the STS stretches were approximate 2 seconds per rep for me( left and right). I like that it doesnt take too long

          I just got a brief email back from Al and im a little confused. So with the STS stretches all you do is go left and right for a total of 2 seconds? Al said not to worry about going straight (tho the video shows different) so with going left and right do I keep the tension the entire time?

            yep thats right. I know the video actually makes it confusing. Just go left and right and keep the tension. You'll notice that there will be a slight increase in tension when you touch the let leg or the right leg as opposed to when you are in mid-motion.

              Thx wantis.

              Its been 2 weeks since I've written, I've been slack but I"ve been Peing the whole time. I've posted previously in my log and in the success forum that my EG has reached 5.7", well thats not the case its actually still 5.6" so I think starting the new routine caused my skin to get puffy. With the length I still haven't had not 1mm gain since I've staed PE. I sent all my stats to Big Al who is going to look over them and see why I haven't gained. Since starting the 'advnaced beginner' routine; I've only been doing it for 4 weeks now but I was on the conditioning routine for 6 weeks prior to that and to be honest I thought I would've gained at least .1" inch in length by now. I didn't think close to the 3month mark and I still have no length gains.

              Well with or without any length gains I'm stioll going to be PEing as i'm still hoping that one day im gonna wake up and see .1-2" length increase and how else am i gonna get length gains.

                I decided to increase the intensity of my workouts. I'm sticking with the same routine but I am re-baselining the amount of reps Im doing per exercise. I'll be doing this routine 1 day on 1 day off.

                - Warmup 6-8mins

                - Squeezes: Started at 25 today and will increase 1 rep per session.

                - Side-to-Side Stretches: Started at 250 today and will increase 2 reps per session

                - Advanced kegels: No change, continuing to do 40 reps of 5 second holds with weight. I increase 5 reps per week.

                - Edging

                - Warmdown

                After I finished this workout i was a little exhausted. I find the ss Stretches takes it out of meand doing 250 of them holding the tension as best you for 100 reps before a quick rest tires the arms, fingers and legs. I experimented and found that I can sit on the edge of a chair and still pull at the same angles as if i was standing and I reckon I got more pull when i sat down. So for my sessions im going squat until my legs ache and then i'll sit.

                  Todays session I used my new Penimaster Pro instead of the side-to-side stretches. I extended for about 2 and a bit hrs and I did have issues with trying to do weighted kegels straight afterwards. My pecker would only go 85% erect after that long in the extender. I'm going to extend for the stretch exercise permanently instead of the SS Stretches.

                  Using the Penimaster Pro was excellent, it was easy to setup and use. My glan at the end was purple from being in there for 2 hrs but I may have to play around with it. But I did stretch it pretty hard today and could feelthe stretch and it didn't hurt at all in my glan. Go Penimaster Pro!

                    Use less vacuum in the glans chamber. Its counter-intuitive, but it works and holds better with less vacuum, and its easier on the glans as well. A Penimaster tech said that applying too much vacuum is the most common mistake they have to support

                      Maybe i need to put more gel on my glan. If i use less vacuum i find the top of the glan closest to the shaft; doesn't go all the way in the bulb, just a little sits in the latex tube. But when it sits there the glan doesn't go purple but it goes purpplw when i am able to get the whole glan into the bulb and yes i need more vaccum to get it in there so maybe ill apply more gel as i haven't been very generous with it

                        yeah, you definitely need enough vacuum to fully pull the glans into the chamber _ I was referring more towards making sure you're not trying to get every last bit of vacuum that you can. I'm sure there is a sweet spot somewhere in the middle that varies from person to person. Experiment a bit with it if nothing else.

                          Yesterday was length day so I started with 15mins of side-to-side stretches and then extended for a little over 4 hours. I can feel the ligs from the SS Stretches have loosened up alot and considering I have poor flexiblity in general its a good idea that keep doing these with extending. After extending im meant to do weighted kegels but like everyone else I get a poor EQ afterwards and cant properly kegel so i've moved the kegels to the next day along with the squeezes and the stop and starts.

                          Today I woke up with a morning wood and my pecker doesn't hurt at all. I thought from doing a high tension workout yesterday with extending that it might be sore today. A mistake that I need not do in the future with extending is make sure the glan bowl is sucked on straight so that the piece of plastic that sticks out from the end of the extender is straight. I sucked it on and the piece of plastic was a little to the left which caused the whole extend to go left and that was noticable today doing weighted kegels as my pecker seemed to frift to the left even under weight so need to fix that.

                          After doing the squeezes, weighted kegels and stop and starts I measured the girth of my shaft at a whopping 5.7". When I started today it was 5.6" but after the session it got up a little higher. However still no length gains at all but now that im seeing the ligs loosen up and now that ive started extending, its only a matter of time now.

                              Extended for 4 hours yesterday so that brings this extending noob to a total of 14.5 hours. On the extender I put the medium clips back in the bulb and my pecker didn't go as purple on most occasions but I did have to take it off every 30mins. But I did email the German company and they said that either too much suction or too much tension will cause the glan to go purple so to test which one it is; tomorrow when when I extend again I am going to suck the bulb on and leave it for half hour on its own with no tension so this should tell me if im using to much suction and if not then im using too much tension.

                              I like my tension to be inbetween the first and third lines (lines closest to the body on the extender) so there is moderate tension, I feel if its any lighter than it ain't doing anything. I like to feel the stretch here and there while extending.

                                Had a day off yesterday but todays routines was:

                                - Warmup in shower
                                - 20mins Side-to-side stretches
                                - 4.5 hours extending.. Did 3hrs then 1.5 hrs a little later in the day

                                I'm getting the hang of the correct suction to use and now my glan doesn't go purple so im really happy with that. I did the first 3hrs in sections of no less than 50mins each and the last 1.5hrs I did with no breaks. When I took the bulb off my glan wasn't purple but had good marks as the last little bit I did some high tension.
