    Just had 3 days rest of no PE and did an afternoon session just now. With the exercises I've gone up in Reps on the Jelq from 70 to 75 and remain on the same amount of kegels which is 40. With the kegels when my pecker starts going non-erect I think I need to speed the process of getting it hard again to keep kegeling so the PC muscle gets more of a workout hnce the reasin I've kept the kegels at the same amount of reps.

    When I got to the edging phase my pecker didn't seem to be as long as it normally could which I thought would be the opposite after a 3 day rest. But a couple of hours prior I did have a glass of wine which does think your blood but didn't think 1 would do all that much. I'll see how it goes after tomorrows session.

    Still no gains

      Hey man subbed to this thread, I am doing the same exact program as you, even same supplements. being only in week 2 though!
      Will you measure after your first 6 weeks or will you wait 3 months?
      Im looking forward to how Big Al is going to change your routine up based upon on your goals.
      You pretty much have a little more than a week to go on the conditioning routine right?

        Hey Squirtle.. I haven't yet gained any length which is what I want the most but it does feel thicker than it used too. When I first measured I measured my girth at 5.4" and after 1 week I measured again and came in at 5.6" but back when I measured it the first time I didn't know what my EQ was and doubt that it was a 10 but it could've been, I know the measurements were acurate as I measured 5-6 times each time.
        I've just started week 6 so after that hopefully Al has something good for me.

          So i've slacked off in the last 4 days and haven't been keeping my log up to date so here I am getting back on track. Tho I've slacked off on the log I have still been doing PE and I've just finished my 6th week. In this time I have gained no length but have a fatter looking penis. I have been doing Big Al's conditioning routine which has finished now so hopefully tomorrow Al will have my custom routine so I can get into it and start gaining... Espescially length as thats what I need the most.

          Looking forward to my new routine.

            Hey man, so did Big Al give you your new routine?
            Did you tell him your primary goals and that lengths is very important to you? Did he set your routine up based on that?
            Just curious because I am in the same boat as you

              Yeah I told Big Al a I want length as my main focus and he advised that I do the 'Jelq free' routine along with advanced kegels. I'm a bit excited as i'm now stating the 'advanced trainee' routines and theres good length exercises. I gave it a go just before and apparently i'm meant to do 100 side-to-side stretched out in one hit but I could only do 15-20 at a time lol. This first session was to see how many I could do and now I gotta get back to Al with the results.

                Side to side are nice for length but if you over stretch you can be fatigued easy from them, how many days a week is your routine? 1 on 1 off?

                  Big Al has me doing them 3 days a week, I'm assuming its 2 sessions per day and I can handle two session a day if its only 3 days a week. I'm going to be sticking with the side-to-side stretches over the extender as I don't like the strap. I'm going to order the penimaster pro which will take some time to deliver to where I am. Im happy to hear that the side-to-side stretches are a good exercise as I've just overcome the battle of doubt that I ain't gonna get any length.

                  My new routine is:

                  Warmup 6-7mins shower
                  Squeezes, starting at 12 and incrementing 1 per session
                  Side-to-side stretching. Starting at 100 for first week and incrementing
                  Advanced kegels
                  Start and Stops
                  Warmdown 6-7mins shower

                  I will admit the squeezes don't feel like they are doing anything as opposed to Jelqing where I could see blood fill in the glan. Anyways lets see how it goes

                    I assume you watched the videos on the mecoach site and read the guides on squeezes here as well?
                    Also you can always get back to Big Al with any questions, he has helped me with every single one of my many questions I asked him :P
                    I am sure he will be able to help you if you write him your specific problem with the squeeze exercise!
                    Other than that good luck with your routine man! I am sure you will see lengthgains this time around!

                      Are you sure you can only do 15 or so side to side stretches at a time? You are supposed to build up to a 1000. They are fairly simple and quick.. Have you seen the videos for them?

                        In the side-to-side video it looked like the guy pulled down,left,right then straight out and held the tension the entire time. I know now that the exercise is down,left then right and rest for a second. I have been taking too long to do 1 rep as Big Al told me that it should take only 1-2 seconds to complete. I have been taking 4-5 seconds to do 1 rep as I felt that I had to feel the stretch first before releasing but now that I know better I'll be sticking to 1-2 seconds per rep.

                        As this is only my 3rd time doing this routine I noticed with the squeezes that my pecker goes a darker color from the blood filling up in there and I did one squeeze at 100% erection which caused 1 little purple dot to form on my glan. A few hot showers with massages should see that go quickly.

                        Now that I have finished the conditioning routine and onto the advanced beginner routine hopefully should start to see some gains. Fingers crossed.

                          Are you sure about this? I can't imagine he wants you to do 2 times a day because it is such a new stress on the penis..I'd go and ask him..better safe than sorry!

                              Lol yep that sounds right.. It took a me sometime to realize that the intensity of STS stretches also increases with the intensity of the movement and not just the pull from the stretch. I don't know if that makes sense or not lol. But I think the jelq free routine is pretty awesome.. I had pretty much stopped gaining and that routine gave me a kickstart and I gained .375 " from it.

                              I'm also thinking about getting the penimaster pro. That thing looks incredibly comfortable

                                I just ordered my Penimaster Pro a couple of days ago. So with the STS stretched you did a rep for 2 secs each?
