    Today I extended for 3.5 hours today but not all at once and I wanted to do more but was shagged after playing sport.

    I extended for 1 hour in the morning and had a 4 hour break and then continued extending so hopefully it still has the same effect.

      Todays session:

      31 sequeezes of 5 second holds (I increment 1 each session)
      Extended for 3 hrs 40 mins
      45 weighted Kegels of 5 second holds
      edging

      I wanted to extend for longer but I think in the first hour and a half I had too much tension. By the time I got to the end the skin under the glan was burning and really sore and couldn't go on. Next time ill start off with lighter tension. I'm going to take a day off tomorrow as I've done 3 days in a row of extending and my ligs at the base are sore when I rotate my pecker around and the skin under the glan could do with a break.

      So far total extending time is: 25 hrs 30 mins

        Extended for 4 hrs 20 mins
        Warmdown

        Yesterdays Sesssion:

        Warmup
        32 Squeezes of 5 second holds
        Extended for 4 hrs
        'Not many' wegihted kegels of 5 second holds
        edging.

        Over the last couple of days I've been experimenting with using the extender and in the process broke 3 x diaphrams and 1 x sluice ring rubber. Breaking these made me find by accident that I don't need to use a diaphram as I get a better fit and the P/Pro company said my glan is too big to use a diaphram.
        After extending I could do kegels properly as my pecker would get hard but it wouldn't stay hard for very long and bu this time i was tired from work and couldn't be bothered.

        Totoal extending time: 33 hrs 50 mins

          I forgot to write in again yesterday but the routine was:

          Warmup
          32 Squeezes of 5 second holds
          extended for 3 hrs 10mins

          I wanted to extend for longer but had stuff on also I was meant to kegel yesterday but didn't happen either
