So I've started doing some mild squeezes righ above the clamp. I'm taking slow due to the obvious pressure that is built up. It feels great though and I will continue to increase the pressure and duration. Keep all my followers updated. lol

3-10 min clamping sets
10 min ballooning
10 min warmdown

BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)
If you're sitting up, straighten your legs and try crossing them.. The clamp will ride up slightly but the pressure increase in stronger than with a kegal.

Yeah but I had a double clamp and was doing insane stuff for 20mins per session. I had an .5" expansion during that time. Just don't get crazy with it and you'll be fine.
