Didn't plan on doing anything but kegals but found myself with an empty house for a couple hours. Edged for about 45 min and also performed something I don't even know if is named. Right at full erection I would gently squeeze the base and then 5 seconds later gently squeeze right under the head. I would hold this for 30 seconds and slowly release. I didn't kegal during due to me being only 5 weeks in. Figured I would take it slow. I did about 10 of these over the course of the 45 minutes.

Well this was an interesting session. My wife stayed home so I had to be creative. I got everything done but it wasn't easy.

Probably my best day yet. I went with a bit higher EQ than I usually jelq with. Typically I try to stay around 30-40% but today I upped it to 65-75%(these numbers are pulled out of my ass but it's my best guess. lol) just to change it up. I also added an extra 5 minutes to my jelqing and 30 V jelqs which I normally don't do. Finished it off with 20 minutes of edging w/o cumming and 10 light squeezes like I did the other day with 15 second holds. I am so determined it's not even funny...

I know this is a progress log and what I'm about to write is a little like progress but I'm going to use this as a quasi journal also. It was Wednesday since my wife and I had sex and in that time I've had 3 quality PE sessions and some edging without cumming. I also went around measuring things before hand to get an understanding of what 5", 5.5, and 6 felt like. I toilet paper tube is exactly 5.5. Well you can see by my beginning stats that I am nowhere near that...Or so I thought. My EQ was a solid 10 tonight and although I wasn't quite a toilet paper roll I was pretty damn close. It also felt much heavy and looked longer to the point that I felt like I was having an outer body experience. You hold it in your hands and stroke it for 18 years and when it doesn't feel like you are use to it is a surreal feeling. It seemed to me that I was having that moment tonight! The wife actually told me she was done after about 35-40 minutes. Couldn't take anymore. This has only happened a handful of time in the past. So it appears that all signs point to growth. These past 5 weeks have been interesting to say the least.Starting: 1/14/12

Had an even better day than Sunday today. I actually split up stretching and jelqing due to time issues. Stretched in the morning and jelqed and edged just a bit ago.
AM
5 min warmup
15 min stretching
5 min warmdown
PM
20 min warmup
25 min jelqing (50 V jelqs)
20 min edging (10 squeezes)
15 min warmdown

I ended up edging a 2nd time last night about 3 hours after my PM session for another 30-40 minutes. It's amazing how I have no problem stopping now. In the past I would have to cum. Cool thing is that by the time my wife gets a hold of me I'm ready to put out a 500 acre wildfire!Starting: 1/14/12

Had a light day because of how much work I put in yesterday. I feel fine but thought it might be wise.

I agree. I only measure every couple of months - or less. When I feel that I can observe growth tactilely I decide to see what's changed. I found measuring frequently was dispiriting. Assuming I have growth I also feel that it will have a larger impact on me measuring infrequently. And like you said, this is something I will be doing the rest of my life. Nice log man. After going through a few of your workouts though I do have some concerns. It is still rather early for you to be doing squeezes. I waited for much more than just the recomended 3 months before doing them but if your PI's are great then just be careful.
Just remember that you don't want to rush your penis into doing more than what it's ready for. Over 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing for a beginner is quite a load for the little soldier.
