Ok, here is my stretching routine. Hope it makes sense:
I hold each stretch for 45 seconds and helicopter shake for 15 seconds for a 1 minute set.
up, down, left, right, out- (should be around 5 minutes)
45 degree angle stretches... left/down, right/up, right/down, left/up, out- (5 minutes)
Then I combine the above 10 stretches in any order I like- (10 minutes)
1 extra set of outs and up at :45 because my LOT is 6:00 (2 minutes)
1 set of up, out, down at 1.5 minute holds (4.5 minutes)
Finish with 3 sets of bundled and tunic tugs at :15 seconds each (about 2 minutes)
Total= 30ish minutes
