    Yeah, I started the kegal and went to read something. Clicked back to my stop watch and it was at 3.5 minutes. Rad!

    Ok, here is my stretching routine. Hope it makes sense:

    I hold each stretch for 45 seconds and helicopter shake for 15 seconds for a 1 minute set.

    up, down, left, right, out- (should be around 5 minutes)
    45 degree angle stretches... left/down, right/up, right/down, left/up, out- (5 minutes)
    Then I combine the above 10 stretches in any order I like- (10 minutes)
    1 extra set of outs and up at :45 because my LOT is 6:00 (2 minutes)
    1 set of up, out, down at 1.5 minute holds (4.5 minutes)
    Finish with 3 sets of bundled and tunic tugs at :15 seconds each (about 2 minutes)

    Total= 30ish minutes
    Starting: 1/14/12
    BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)

    Update 4/15/14
    BPEL 7.75 x 5.25 MEG, 5.625 BEG

    Goal:
    BPEL 8.5 x 6.5+

      Alrighty, time for some QnA!
      • About LOT theory, I read that it was disproved and doesn't really help with gains. Is this true? (This Q is threadworthy so I might repost)
      • Do you lightly hold the base of your dick while doing manual stretches? This helps target the tunica more than the ligs.
      • More on tunica stretches...What are tunica tugs? I've been doing A-Stretches, but I'd assume these are different. I bundle mine too at 1/2 rotation for 1 rep.


      So there are basically two different classes of stretches: lig stretches and tunica stretches. I'm trying to find out more so I can gain length more effectively. My stretching routine only amounts to 5 minutes of actual stretching (not counting rest or helis). I always found manual stretches to be kinda boring, so I'm thinking of combining sets of lig and tunica stretches one after the other. For example, the up, down, left, right, out manual stretches, and then some kind of tunica tugging, and then another set of manual stretches, etc. I usually watch TV while I do my PE anyway, so I suppose I won't get too bored anyway xD

        • I've read LOT theory has been disproved but I figure hey, just incase I'll add one more set. Can't hurt. I don't focus my entire stretching routine around it or anything.
        • Nope...I don't hold anything. My skin at the base is pulled a lot actually. I do pull pretty hard though.
        • My understanding is a tunica tug is when you press down at the base so no skin is stretched while pulling out. I just started doing these. Others will probabbly be way more helpful on the subject.
        Also, the first day I did bundled stretches I rotated 720. I believe this was way too much too soon. The next day I changed it to two 360s and one 540. Again, I am only 8 weeks in so I am not pulling with much force.

        The combining sounds like a good idea to me.

          Dance,
          I'll chime in.....
          I suggest you target your ligs first. You should be conditioned enough to begin experimenting with hanging. There really is no substitute despite what others may tell you. Your tunica will take a beating too.

          Come on brother, isn't it about time to take the training wheels off? Join me in the exquisite sensation of hanging!
          I'll answer any questions to get you headed(safely) in the right direction...

            Just got done with a shorter but hard stretching session. The past two days I intensified my stretching and thought it would be smart to cut back a bit on my third day in a row. Besides, I want to focus more on jelqing and girth work later on tonight.

            20 min warmup
            15 min stretching
            20 min warmdown follow by 15 min shower

            Updated with jelqing, squeezes, and edging to follow later...

            *Update*
            Massive girth session

            30 min warmup
            30 min jelqing (200 V jelqs, 65-75%)
            45 min edging (25 squeezes...10-15sec, 5-20sec, 4-25sec, 3-30sec, 2-35sec, 1-40sec)
            25 min warmdown

            Well deserved day off tomorrow. Only kegals.

              Thanks for the info. Hopeful&dedicated.

              I've been doing squeezes lightly and at a lower erection level. Even then, my EQ still drops a bit the next day, so I figure they're fatiguing me enough! Maybe in 3 months time there will be some gains.

                I've been PEing for a few months now. Ready to take it to the next level, and I'm highly considering hanging! After I try some more advanced stretches

                    Back at it after a day of rest. Had a solid session but I kept it shorter for a few reasons. One, I'm still only 2 days removed from a heavy Fri, Sat, Sun workload and two, there's going to be some serious bumping and grinding going on in the Hopeful bed tonight!

                    20 min warmup
                    15 min stretching
                    15 min jelqing (0 V jelqs, 45-55%)
                    20 min warmdown

                    I might do a little edging tonight. I'm still undecided at the moment.

                    Taking tomorrow off and only doing kegals so I can have heavy Thurs and Fri sessions.

                      Kegals, rest, and sex... My NBPEL grew .5" but my BPEL was the same so I wasn't sure if my length grew. I now think I measured my BPEL wrong and that I did indeed grow because I am hitting deeper in my wife consistantly.

                        Great girth session today! I also have great news to report. Got my length up to 7.5 BPEL today and hitting 7 NBEL consistantly! Very pleased with that. I skipped stretching today because my ligs were a tiny bit sore.

                        15 min warmup
                        30 min jelqing (250 V jelqs, 70-80%)
                        40 min edging (28 squeezes, 10-15, 5-20, 4-25, 3-30, 2-35, 1-45, 1-50, 1-55, 1-1:00)

                          10 min warmup
                          25 min stretching (2 tunica tugs @ 15 secs & 2 @ 20 secs: 2 bundled 360 @ 15 secs & 2 bundled 540 @ 15 secs)

                          10 min in between warm

                          20 min jelqing (250 V jelqs, 70-80%)
                          20 min edging (15 squeezes, 5-15 sec, 4-20, 3-25, 2-30, 1-35)
                          10 min warmdown

                          Off for the weekend. Only doing kegals tomorrow. Tomorrow marks week nine! It has went by quickly but at the same time it feels like I have been doing it for years. Hard to explain.
