Hey Hopeful, how are the clamping sets paying off. Seems as if you have been giving it a steady dose of clamping, keep up all the great work.

Yes, the days I don't post are rest days. I'm only maintaining right now due to various reasons but I haven't lost any size even with the very low activity. Very good news!
