      Decided to switch from bundled stretches to tunica tugs. Gonna see if I notice anything over the next few months.

                                Well the world didn't end and I'm still here so might as well get some PE in!

                                Today I ended every set with a 1 minute squeeze just above the clamp. Crazy expansion!
