              I'm thinking of doing some stretching. Have a 7.5er. Want 7.75-8. Some questions for ya. How erect should you be when stretching? How long do you hold the stretch? How much pain should you feel? How many stretches should I do? How many days? How long (on ave., or based on your experience) before I gain c. .25"? Thanks.

                NO pain! If it hurts, stop.

                My first .25" of erect length took me a little under 4 months, and that's all I know.

                    • UPDATE: It's been more than two months without any new EL gains; it's pretty clear that EL has now finished catching up with the old FSL gains.
                      The good news is that I still seem to slowly gain some FSL (I can hit 10"7/16 now), so I'm not giving up or changing techniques for now.

                          • Welcome Ramani036, I try to be completely flaccid for my stretching routine, it's the only way I can get to full stretching capacity (verified with the ruler).
