Thanks guys, I wanted to measure yesterday but EQ definitely wasn't good enough, I'll try again today.

Hey Stan I went to the front of your log and realized that you are doing what I found to get the gains going. From locking the elbows too rotating under the tension of the pull. It seems I am now back to PE after my reboot just by default of jelqing for blood flow. One thing leads to another and I love the feel you get when your at the lig pop edge. I found that manual is the way to go, but I do like the tension of a lite hang to cement the workout. I have found that seated and pulling up gets more tension of the inners, and wondering if EQ in your travels gets better when you pull upwards. I can feel the area forward of the anus/ pelvic floor getting a stretch. Cheers, keep up the work ! TAAB

UPDATE: Three days ago EQ started coming back for real. Yesterday it looked pretty good so I went for a BPEL measuring session, and I was able to reach a full 10"
Out of eight readings, I'm confident five were obtained without any measuring mistakes.
So my EL is still catching up with the old FSL gains... Max BPFSL is apparently still the same tad over 10"3/8, even though getting there has been easier lately.Attached Files

Well, there we are, and BPFSL is still exactly the same.Originally posted by Stan View PostIf I'm not seeing any BPFSL gains by Dec 1st, I'll switch back to a lock stretch based routine.
For the next month I will be doing lock stretches with a twist:

Sorry for the crude Paint drawing, but I couldn't take a decent photo.
So I push down with the back of my thumb and wrist, creating a fulcrum and improving the grip. The downward orientation will help target the ligs.
My elbow is still locked in my hip, so I can exert quite a lot of force without much effort.
This feels much better than regular lock stretches, which I'm pretty sure don't do anything anymore.
I will add some short, light upward stretches so the inner penis gets its share too.
Next stop, January 1st.

I usually do my kegels randomly throughout the morning.Originally posted by wyldncrzygy View PostDo you kegel while performing the stretch, as a bit of counter resistance, or just kegel afterwards / throughout the day?
Kegels have zero effect on my stretches, there's no "counter resistance" at all. Only way I can feel some tugback is with upward stretches from 11 to 12 o'clock. If I stretch very lightly though, tugback starts around 10 o'clock. According to the LOT theory it would mean that my ligs are the limit, right? That's what it feels like anyway.

I've already stopped doing the new style lock stretches.
The fulcrum was always more or less on the same spot and that didn't feel right, dangerous even.
Two days ago I noticed a bruise there, and it was enough for me to stop.
Then I thought, what about some kind of a continuous fulcrum to distribute the force more evenly?

The neat thing here is the more I pull on the glans, the more the can is forced downwards, and that makes for a hell of a stretch that is also almost effortless and can be held for several minutes.
I actually use both hands, to stabilize the can, improve the grip and give even more downward force.
This looks very promising, I hadn't felt such fatigue in a long time. Every session so far has left my unit incredibly limp and relaxed; if I measure my flaccid right after a session I'm over 7" (tape measure on top).Last edited by Stan; 02-04-2014, 01:04 PM.

In my early PE days I came to the impression that upward stretches messed with my EQ, so I stopped doing them.Originally posted by TAAB View Postwondering if EQ in your travels gets better when you pull upwards.
I've been doing them again for almost two weeks now. Jury's still out on their effect on EQ, but they seem to help with ejaculation control, by making involuntary kegels weaker and easier to tame.Last edited by Stan; 12-14-2013, 07:25 AM.

I finally got around to taking some new BPEL pics, same MO as usual.
I advise anyone who's serious about tracking their gains accurately to take some measured pics from time to time, just to make sure the measuring method doesn't change *at all*: here it made me realize that I had taken the bad habit of holding the ruler at a slight downward angle, which as you all know can inflate the reading significantly.
Just prior to shooting I thought I was getting a very comfortable 10", turned out I could still hit the mark at the correct angle but just barely.
