I've had weak EQ for the past few days, I couldn't get to max erection at all, but still managed to get 9"3/4 a couple of times. I hope it's once again the gains-in-progress type of EQ loss... Anyway I'll try again later today.
It feels as though something in the pelvic floor needs to get rebuilt from time to time.
On a given day I can usually tell which phase I'm in just by the feel of my morning kegels/RKs. If in a bad phase they will feel "empty", like the muscle has lost its "grip" on the "base" of the penis, if that makes sense. Then when they feel "tight" and "focused" again I know I'm getting back in shape.
Maybe the muscles have to adjust to the outstretching of the inner penis somehow, I don't know.
Also for some reason when I'm in a weak EQ phase my cum is clear and thin, almost like water.
BTW I used to have such episodes before PE too, but IIRC they didn't happen nearly as often.
UPDATE: All right, EQ is back, with a vengeance: I just measured BPEL at a full 9"13/16 repeatedly, and I'm pretty sure I measured correctly. Let's call it official right away

Not far away, man! Proves so much how manual PE also works. I am really proud to have achieved 1" length gain from just my own hands. And that's NO EQ gains, but proper gains.
However, and I've wanted to talk about this for a while, the way I get my stats might have changed. I know I only started to really try and get the highest readings possible after I reached 9"3/16 BPEL (I stated it here when I hit 9"1/4, and later about BPFSL).
It is quite possible that my "before" measurements were not obtained at the same 110% erection level as later, and it's likely that I didn't bone-press as hard either.
Had I measured the way I do now, I might have reached more than 8"7/8 right away. On the other hand, one of the many reasons I started PE was that I COULDN'T reach 9", but the other day I tried measuring the way I used to when I didn't have a ruler, with the metal tape measure attached to a rigid cardboard folder, and apparently I couldn't nearly get the same reading as with my wooden ruler. Granted, it was during a weak EQ phase, so I'll have to try again, but still.
Long story short, I now think that my BPEL measurements only got totally consistent after I got my first wooden ruler (at 9"5/16)
It's probably only a small difference, so I won't change my published stats, and I wouldn't even know what corrections to give, but it's important to remember, and is why I won't be celebrating if I hit the next 16th. It's just numbers anyway, I'll celebrate when my cock looks the way I want, every time I look at it. And I'm slowly getting there.
