  • Question about your power shake, are basically just doing a helicopter (in a twirling motion)? You said your at home a lot how many sets of stretching do you do a day? I'm the same as you I'm not real set on jelqing alone I believe the streches is what will help the most, don't get me wrong it's a great way to condition your Mr.man

      Basically yes, but not in a twirling motion, it's either left/right or up/down, so it can be much more "energetic" than a twirling motion.

      Anyway, I almost never do PowerShakes anymore. I mentioned before that I sometimes had a buildup of dark blood in the tip of the glans, and it turns out it was due to the PowerShakes, not the stretching. Also I don't think it can really do anything gains-wise, it's the alternating LockStretches and ShockStretches that seem to really work. I've been gaining at the same rate without the PowerShakes.

      The "full set" of LockStretch/ShockStretch/LockStretch/BPFSL measure, maybe 5-6 times a day.
      Then when I'm at home I pull on it literally all the time, with some ShockStretches too. I can't really give you an estimation of the total daily stretching time, because I often do it without even noticing

      I believe the streches is what will help the most
      That's what I've come to believe too.

      Edit: my techniques' names look even more pro without the spaces, don't they?

      • Well I've been doing PowerShakes™ again for the last three days, and I'm keeping them.
        Although they might not be directly responsible for gains, they make my unit feel much better, more relaxed if it makes sense.
        There's definitely something going on in the pelvic floor when doing them, I can't be sure if it's related but I'm under the impression that they help make my kegels more "focused".
        Edit: PowerShakes do cause a concentration of blood in the tip of the glans, but it's not an issue really, it always goes away by itself within minutes.

        No breakthrough lately in the gains department, but it's obviously still growing. I've been reaching 9"15/16 BPFSL every evening since I first mentioned it, and for the last two days in the morning too, but only after the shower. As always I will need to get it first thing in the morning before I call it confirmed.
        BPEL is still a steady 9"5/16, sometimes a little more depending on erection level. Last night it looked like I went halfway between the 5/16 and 3/8 marks a couple of times, but I'm not 100% sure I measured right.

          • For the last 4 days I've had to take a break due to a minor hand injury and a lack of privacy.
            I couldn't measure again until last night: no gains but no losses either

              • Last night I hit a full 9"3/8 BPEL, repeatedly, and I'm pretty sure I measured correctly
                I'll still wait for more measurements before I call it official though.

                  That's it, but please remember that they are a very small part of my exercising and that they are probably not directly responsible for any gains. I keep doing them because I believe they help make my unit feel good and "healthy".

                    • UPDATE: 9"3/8 BPEL is confirmed! So that's 1/2" of EL gains so far

                      It looks like my EL has really been catching up lately, I've gained 1/8" there in only 5 weeks.
                      More measurement/edging sessions might have something to do with it, in particular the long and strong reverse kegels at 80-85% erection level that I've included in every session for the past 2 weeks.

                        Drop your belly and you can make body-contact pretty easily with that upward curve. I always use the area where my bladder is to make contact and it isn't as painful because there is more flesh there in my case.

                          I'm afraid I don't have that much belly

                          Girl on top works pretty well for that contact thing though. Also in deep-pounding doggy style the big balls can help, depending on temperature

                          • I just hit 10" BPFSL for the first time
                            Measured correctly, multiple times.
                            This comes as a relief, as it had been almost two weeks without any FSL gains, first time since I started. Granted, I had to take a break last weekend, and it's on weekends that I usually exercise the most, but I was already worrying about my ligs maxing out and my entering the dreaded post-newbie-gains plateau...

                            • 10" god damn, that's a lot. Keep it up, I'm sure you can hit 10" erect sooner or later. Remember if it works, don't change it.

                                I could probably gain faster using different methods, but mine works and most importantly has zero adverse effects, so I'll just keep it the same for as long as it works.
