Definitely not, I tried it and it would add less than 1/4". I should try it NBP though, guess I'd be a good 9" that way.

Stan, do you stretch and measure while standing?
I've done your stretching against ruler thing standing for 3-4 days staright now and my BPFL is reaching 17.5 cm, I could barely reach 17.0 those days ago
EDIT: Also, do you get semi erect some times when stretching? Yes very often, especially when doing shock stretches. When it happens I just do something completely unrelated for a few seconds and I'm usually good to go.Also, do you get semi erect some times when stretching? I stretched a lot yesterday, but not so much as to feel sore, so I can go at it again today (lesson learned).
After the last session BPFSL was a good 10"7/32 and my flaccid looked and felt completely relaxed.
I had good hopes for this morning's first measurement, but it was still only 10"1/8.

Unexpected FSL gains! First morning measurement was an easy 10"3/16, and I just reached 10"1/4 on my third session
Such a jump has happened before, when I was stuck for two weeks with 9"15/16 and suddenly went to 10". I can't explain it, I don't think I've done anything different.
I'll still wait for tomorrow morning's measurement before I call 10"3/16 my official BPFSL.

Well stan did say that even starting out he did not have the advantage of being able to achieve pelvis to pelvis contact, due to his length. I've spent the last 20 minutes looking through your thread. It's a positive and refreshing motivational thread for most of us.
I was wondering if you could estimate the amount of time you are using for stretching.
I have already done many of the stretches that you are doing, was doing them before and they were not as productive for me as hanging or extending for example.
My manual stretching regiment includes "snake pulls", which are straight out, straight down and straight up stretches. I grip the cock just behind the head, like someone straightening a snake out for maximum length.
I'm doing 30 seconds to 2 minutes per hold. Total time is 10 to 15 minutes.
I also do a straight down "rotary stretch", attempting the loosen the supporting ligs.
I also do a shock stretch which is a bunch of one second rips to max extension, in an attempt to loosen up the internals.
If your total time is a bit more and you are more religious with the heating of your unit, it would all make more sense to me.Last edited by longrodten; 02-12-2013, 10:50 AM.

I wouldn't know really, but I've never felt it lacking, I don't think any girl has been left unsatisfied just because of this. Probably about 20 minutes a day. It would be 2-3 minutes per session, with an average of 5-6 sessions a day. I do lots of casual stretches outside of my sessions but they are usually rather short.I was wondering if you could estimate the amount of time you are using for stretching.
I don't doubt that I'd gain faster with hanging, extending or more advanced stretches. I just stick with my methods because they work and they seem to have no adverse effects. I'm not in a hurry. I was wondering if you have a temp gain from the start of the first session
to the end of the last session and I wanted to find out approximately what that is.
