      Have had continuous positive PIs.

            Today was workout 28/65.

            Good session, GREAT edge session.

            By far had the best edge session Ive had yet. Went a full 20min without coming close to a PONR. I was jerkin him pretty rigorously too!

            Once I felt even remotely the slightest sensation of ejaculating I reverse kegeled for as long as I needed to till the feeling went away. Plus, during this moments, he was rock hard! It was awesome! Hopefully, after consistently achieving this, I'll start to be able to do this while in bed! Im pumped haha

            Feeling good, I decided to give a measure. Believe I've gotten a solid 1/8" gain in both BPEL and NBPEL. Ill be certain of my gains when Im over 7. Next I measure will be either when I visibly notice gains or when I come to the end of the JP90 routine.

            Did not finish. I like ending my sessions without finishing much more. I feel finishing over works my guy.

                Workout 29/65.

                Changed my jelq technique slightly. Considering the fact it may be the reason I'm not gaining.

                Really focused on grabbing as far down the base as possible and once about 1/2 way up grabbed the same base spot with my other hand creating a momentary balloon swole affect pushing the blood up the shaft.

                End of my session resulted in a really thick member. Will continue this again and again. This is just the right way to jelq I think and Im finally learning to really get the technique down right.

                Did not edge because of lack of time.

                      Very good session. Really getting down my Jelqing technique.

                      Post PE Edged w/ fleshlight....way harder than hand edging! hah managed a 10 min session before accidentally hitting PONR. whoops.

                          I took a few days off because I believe I injured my ligs with the sharp pains i was occasionally feeling.

                          Feeling better now. Decided to get an 1hr 20min of extending today. Did 30min. rest. Then 50min.

                          Feeling a sore member. but feels good and stretched!

                              Up to date - Workout 35/65 done

                              I've finally figured out how to correctly wear the extender. Only go to the first tension bar because I start to feel sharp pain if I go any farther. Assuming I'm just not conditioned enough with device. I have no desire to increase any more tension anyways.

                              Will be getting a JP90 routine in today along with 4hrs of extending hopefully.

                              2hrs - then JP90 - then 2 hrs -- is what Im shooting for today

                                Got in workout 36/65 today

                                Edged for 10min with Fleshlight. Payed attention to body and worked with PONR.

                                Only extended for 1hr 40min. Now that I wear it correctly, I really need to condition into wearing longer. Straining bigtime on the member. While doing JP90 I wont go over 4hrs a day anyways because I do not want to over do it.
