    Pegym, I am finally making a progress thread for myself as I measured again today with great results and I really wanted to tell somebody!

    How I found myself on the forums:
    A few years ago, I clicked on one of those "grow your penis 4 inches in 4 weeks" advertisements and this eventuated into me being here so I am actually happy about that.

    Lets skip the boring stuff. My long term goal is to be 8x6 plus and I truly see that being a possibility within the next two years. I think that I will hit my length goal this year.

    I'll rewind about a year ago when I bought my first extender. It was a cheap knock-off from eBay that cost me about 35 dollars. Honestly, it was actually pretty good but I never really used it properly. The reason why I can say that it was ok is that I bought a brand name extender and they were pretty much identical.

    As I am living in a dormitory full of other university students, I had almost no time to wear the extender. I think the average hours per week I used it was say 7, give or take.

    Anyway, I finished university for the year a few months ago and decided to really get stuck into it. Bought the extender and started using that about 4 hours daily with no manual exercises.

    I measured myself when I started to get serious at 17cm (6.69 inches) bpel and 11.5cm (4.52 inches) girth. This was on the 9th November 2012.

    Above is my progress record I have kept for myself (very lazily I know...).


    I HIT 7.5' TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME! Actually, I hit 7.55 for the first time ever! I will see if I can hit it again tomorrow or the next day just to verify.

    I am proudly 7.5'x5.1. Almost getting up to the big boys, pardon the pun.

        arm up 10 mins
        6 mins: Basic Stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out 1 min plus)
        20 - 360 Stretches
        30 pendulum stretches
        12 mins jelq
        5 mins advanced v jelqs

        Will do three hours of extending total

                In your log date there is a mistake or you jumped from 11.5 to 12.5 in one week ?

                  I assume you're talking about girth. I'm not sure what happened there... I think I didn't measure properly for the first 20 days. I know for a fact that it was 11.5 when I started as I measured that about a month before while on the extender alone with no gains.

                  I did gain a huge amount of girth in the first two months however by doing jp90 + ULIs and extending although now it has slowed down significantly (unfortunately!)

                      I did PE today but it was going to be a rest day. Girlfriend didn't stay the night.

                      I am also going to share some things that have encouraged me to keep pursuing PE.

                      My girlfriend and I had literally never used a condom until today. We decided just to use one for no reason but to remember how sex feels with a condom on. I had a packet of Ansel regular condoms that I would use pre-pe (still before use-by-date). I tried to put one on but it was unbelievably tight on my glans and some of my shaft. It also took a really long time for me to put it on a roll it down. I was getting embarrassed that I couldn't put it on so I gave up and just ripped it off. Then my girlfriend said that my dick is just too big for regular condoms!
