      Hey BigO,
      I wish I could be on here a lot more like I used to...
      Over the last 2 months, I have maybe done 10 full PE workouts and extended around 75 hours if that. I was not expecting to gain anything from this I just did it to cement my gains. Luckily I have.

      I am back home now for the next month and will try to PE as much as I can (this does not mean I will not over train!).

      I used my Bathmate for the first time in a while and I am not sure if I reached 20cm (7.9') last time I used it. I think I posted it in one of these pages so I'll dig it up.

      I did my usual routine of stretches (basic, a, v, rotations) and my jelqs. I have given up on V-jelqs as they do not give me the same stretch feeling as before.

      I think I will also measure this week although I don't think there will be a change..

      Extended 3 hours today - I still can't stand it after about 1 hour. I'm not sure if this means that I am stretching my dick too much but it has worked so far.

        Great workout today... Took a photo with my bathmate that shows 7.7' (19.5cm) today so i'll upload that!

        PEing after using the bathmate in the shower feels bloody fantastic!

          oops looks more like 7.5'... I did almost hit 20cm at the beginning of my bathmate workout when I was at 100% EQ!

            Finally have a bit of privacy!

            Past week My routine has been as follows:

            Masturbate and the run to the bathroom and have a shower with the bathmate for 10 minutes.

            I have found that this has been the best thing for a warmup as it pumps blood down the penis and glans, but also is kind of an exercise in itself.

            As soon as I do 10 mins bathmate i begin my stretches. I am still focusing on length even though my dick is on its way to the 8' club with around 5' in girth. I have just heard that girth should always come second as it is much harder.

            My length rountine:
            30 JAI stretches
            10 rotating stretches
            A and V stretches
            Basic strethes

            I also just stretch in directions and grips that I feel a good stretch from. I believe that this is perhaps the best type of stretch as the sensation is similar to that of a leg stretching exercise I would do at the gym. I do this for around 5 minutes. My whole stretching routing goes for only around 10-12 minutes.

            I am still jelqing for about 10-15 minutes per day while I watch tv. I don't think I will measure yet. Maybe after a month or two of getting back into routine.

              Same old routine... 2 hours extender

              Bathmate today showed gains! I hit over 20cm/7.9'.

              Not sure exactly how I jumped up .1 of an inch on the bathmate in a week but it has happened (maybe because I have gained next to nothing for two months). The image above is pretty unclear i know. I was still in the shower when I was taking it but if anyone has a bathmate they will know that the end of the sticker is 20+cm.

              Feeling happy about that! Same length routine as above.

                Also for for comparison look at the photo I posted two weeks ago.
                Both are at 100% eq and within 30 seconds of putting the bathmate on.
