      Here are some higher quality photos. All feedback welcome! The Bib hanger plays tricks on my mind because to me it looks really off-center, but I think that's only because the left/right sides of the hanger are shaped differently. If you look at the actual walls of the hanger I think my ding dong is pretty well centered.

      Hanging 2.5 lbs with no pain or discomfort. My head feels a little cool to the touch, but I think that's normal to some degree, right? I made double sure that I squeezed all of the blood out while tightening the hanger, and it is not hard to the touch. When I press on my glans, there isn't a "white spot" left behind which signifies there was too much blood in it.

      I am using J&J hurt-free first aid wrap as the first layer and theraband as the second layer. I'm open to other suggestions for the first wrapping layer because the first aid wrap leaves impressions on my skin.

                Here is Bib's response to my wrapping/attachment:

                First, I do not know about your underwrap. Generally, sports wrap is not too good as an underwrap.

                You probably need to wrap a half inch or an inch more of the shaft. Give you more room to vary attachment.

                Starting edge of wrap is fine. But you need to move the hanger attachment point back from the leading edge of the wrap. It is too close in the pics, and forms a hard edge across the V.

                Tband tension needs to be a bit more. Not much, but the wrapped bundle is a bit loose.

                The two sides of the hanger are not aligned. After you adjust the inner hex nuts, mesh the top teeth together, as you tighten down the outer wing nuts.

                You either need a bit more WFG, wrapped flaccid girth, or you need to move the inner hex nuts in a bit. You do not have much extra room to tighten.

                The hanger is sliding down toward the head too far. You are not tightening enough. This also means you will need more WFG, or move the inner hex nuts in a bit.

                I would try more wrap first.

                  Sometimes mine get close together after hanging a few sets. I don't know if you were on your last set for the day or not.

                  I would only adjusted the inner nuts if I did not have enough wrap or it takes too much wrap. This is the hardest part to adjust. Sometime ago I saw a thread somewhere that had a listing of girths and corresponding twists on the hex nuts. It told how many threads were to be exposed.

                  I would try more wrap first.
                  More wrap and/or tighter pressure is always good advise.

                  The most important thing is that you are comfortable while wearing it because it is you what will wear it for the recommended 10 hours per week. If you can feel fatigued after two sets you are gripping the internals. It's trial and error.

                    Having a bit of fun, haha.

                    I'm still waiting another week or so before I start a strict regimen. Just playing around with the Bib and getting more in-tune with it for now. Today is the first time I really felt a skin stretch and my skin turned pink after doing BTC for 10 minutes or so.

                    It felt comfortable as hell! I felt like I could hang forever.

                            The way I'll be doing updates in this log is I'll write my daily hangings in notepad or something, then each week or month (haven't decided yet) I will push everything for that week or month to here. Daily hanging updates are pretty boring, so doing it this way will be more interesting and useful for those who check my log.

                            So I suppose my first update will be April 1. April fools!

                              Yo EOW your the man. I checked out all the pe exercises but was really drawn to hanging and will place an order next week. Your pics are really clear and you seem like your really cool with giving info and helping other which is great cuz when I get kine im def gonna bug you with questions. The turkey neck is a bit crazy but those quads are pretty dam sick man and I say this as hetero as possible or as we say round my way "no homo" lol.

                                Lol, thanks. If you order a Bib make sure you post on the Bib forum because he always gives the best answers I'm still in training myself.
