    I think maybe a little. I haven't measured BPFSL since the 7.5" picture but I edged for 10 minutes immediately following my session last night and hit 7" BPEL, which is cool because your EQ isn't gonna be 100% immediately following a session. Who knows, though. Sometimes measurements change when you take a picture from the side. The angles when looking at a measurement from above can play tricks on you.

    Despite that weird glans thing that happened I actually had a great session yesterdat. Great stretch.

      Alright. let us know when you know for sure you have gained some BPEL!

          All of my updates go to my "website" but I gotta say, today was an intense session. Hit fatigue during my second set. During my last set, after going down to 5 lbs, I felt the need to drop more, but couldn't because I didn't have any more weights set up, so I had to let the weight touch the floor and then stop the set early when it become too intense.

          I got an erection immediately after removing the hanger and lightly jelqed/edged for around 5 minutes. It felt great.

          Note to self: get some more weights ready. I wasn't expecting to have to drop below 5 today.

                I used to be able to DL 440 for a triple. Probably a max of around 465. I tweaked my hip a little so I've been kind of out of commission for the past few months. Not sure if I'll ever get back to 100%, but I can still DL 405. Muscle memory is neat.

                I've got a youtube page with some lifting vids. Idk if I'd want to post it in the forum but I'll PM the link to whoever.

                  Is it a big deal if your dickhead is twisted slightly? about 20-30 degree?

                    Mine has always twisted just a little. Have never been able to get it perfectly straight, and I've never had any problems arise from it.

                    No gains yet besides my 7.5" BPFSL measurement.

                      Your BPFSL is 7.5 normally now? Or you were able to get it to 7.5 once?

                      And good to know..I'm hanging on Captn's Wench
                      its great! I just can't decide whether I should put more weight or not..I get the pull in the inner ligaments but I feel comfortable so I don't know if it's good enough becuase I'm supposed to feel very heavy right?
                      My foreskin slided past my head already when I'm hanging. It is how it's supposed to be right?

                        I can get it to 7.5" whenever now. Today I pulled a little farther than 7.5" but I don't like to count anything as official unless I get it from a side-angle view with my camera. Looking down on the ruler from above can play tricks on you.

                        Since you're not using a Bib I can't give you too much specific advice. How much weight are you hanging and how many sets? I get some skin bunched up around my head and I'm circumcised, so I imagine if you are uncut you will get a bit more. It's probably fine as long as you aren't getting any skin edema.

                          That's what I wanted to hear.

                          I just filled up 40% of a milk container with water and hung that. I'm circumsized and I guess it is normal them to have bunched up skin around the head. Are you supposed to feel the stretch on your ligaments and skin as soon as you put it on? I can feel that the whole ligament is pulled but do you need to start hurting it for it to work? Or as long as you feel the stretch you are good?

                            I always get a big initial stretching sensation during the first half of my first set.

                            Pain isn't good. Have you had pain? Where is the pain? If the pain is at the attachment point or glans it means your technique is lacking. If the pain is in your ligs/shaft (behind hanger) it means you're using too much weight. Or it could mean both.

                              I see..I'm too new to know how it is supposed to feel like. I just started today.

                              Is your glans/head ever tilted while hanging? Because mine gets tilted to either side a bit when I hang. How do you feel when your ligament is fatigued?
                              Also, is a little bit pain on the skin okay? The veins and stuff may be what is causing some skin pain I dont know.]

                              Is it a normal feeling dat you feel your hanger is going to slip away but it stays?

                                I've never really felt any pain. Right when I attach the weight and let go for my first set there is usually a "HOLY SHIT" moment where the weight stretches it out fully for the first time. I wouldn't call it pain though. Just an intense stretching sensation.

                                The only time I've ever gotten real pain is one time during a set when my glans started hurting. I immediately stopped and called it a day. Must have attached weird or something. It hasn't happened again.

                                EDIT (response to your edit): I don't usually feel mine slipping. I tighten pretty well and when I add weight the hanger barely shifts forward. If it's slipping it means it's not tight enough or you attached too close to the glans or maybe your wrapping needs work. Since you have the Captn's Wench I don't really know what to tell ya. A "real" hanger such as the Bib or Malehanger will have no problems gripping the internals. Captn's Wench has a big disadvantage there.
