    Have you managed to feel sore and fatigued in the ligs yet, Eow?

    It's normal to mostly feel skin stretch the first weeks when hanging. I just started hanging for real this time, and mostly cannot feel much other than skin stretch. Hanging at low weight of course since I'm just starting out.

      Ligs have been sore to the touch for a little over two weeks. I have been flirting with fatigue but haven't REALLY set into it yet. I've been doing 5 lbs BTC for 20,20,20,10 for the last two weeks. I want to go up to 6 lbs, I just need to get my lazy ass to WalMart and buy some 1 lb fishing weights.

        And yeah, it will be skin stretch at first, but eventually it will hit your ligs when you start going up in weight. You'll know when it happens. I didn't get any lig stretch with 2.5 lbs. Once I went up to 5 lbs it happened.

          Cool. Check my last post in my Log for how I am wrapped up. truly hope hanging will give me the last gains in length that I want

            Yep, I'm very determined to get to 8" BPEL at least.

            I plan on hanging BTC for the next few months, then maybe switch to some fulcrum hanging.

              Here is an old picture from 2008. As you can see, the downward angle of the ruler probably gives me a little extra. I think it's safe to say my true BPFSL in this picture was a little under 7"

              Now I'm 7.5" BPFSL without any angle in the ruler

                  I thought that fulcrum hanging was only to be done when all ligament gains are maxed out. I heard that on average it takes one year to max ligaments.
                  PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

                    Maybe so, I guess I'll re-evaluate in 6 months. From what I've read, there is only around 0.5" MAX to be gained from ligs anyways, assuming you start out at the highest exit point possible.

                    Also, I just noticed I've been using the same ruler for the past 5 years, lol. Old faithful.

                        You probably aren't an exception. There isn't really any way to know how much you gained from ligs without taking MRIs before and after. If you gained more than 0.5" it was probably due to lengthening the tunica.

                          Hmm! Interesting. I believe you, but I've heard different elsewhere. How can this be verified?

                            Had a strange occurrence during my 3rd set yesterday. Around the ten minute mark I got a very sudden discomfort/pain in my glans out of the blue, so I immediately stopped the set and called it a day. It was strange because everything felt fine, wrapping/attaching was normal, and my first two sets were great. I was actually having a real good session.

                            No pain afterwards when light jelqing. No other pain. No clue what happened. We'll see how today goes.
