    Today is my day off.

    Yesterday, I had a session and took out the A/V stretches.. I really like them, but i was feeling such a great stretch technique from the basic stretches that i think i'm going to stay basic for awhile longer until i hit a plateau. TEh D's advice has something to do with this.

    My stretch felt great because before each stretch, i'll do a slow flaccid jelq and trap a small amount of blood in my glans. I keep the blood trapped while adjusting my grip and releasing any skin bunched up. From there i go right into my stretches. ALSO, my stretches I slowly pull to full extension and i try to completely relax myself throughout my whole body. (so no more kegels during my stretches anymore). These two adjustments have made me feel much better efficient stretching sessions as of recently.

    My routine is as follows:

    1 day on/ 1 day off

    10 minute rice sock warm up

    stretch routine
    1 min stretches (OUT,UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT,DR,DL,UR,UL,OUT)
    25 slow 360* stretches (clockwise and counterclockwise)
    1 min each direction HELICOPTERS TWIRLS
    5 sets of 20 JAIs throughout the whole session

    girth routine (1 rep = 1 stroke with 1 hand)
    125 slow OK JELQS. (focusing on CS) about 6-8 seconds per stroke
    125 V JELQS (sometimes i change my grip up, depending on what grip is working best.... Main concern is focusing on the CCs) about 4 seconds per stroke
    SUPRA SLAMMERS (currently i am at 8 a session) I didn't add anymore this session, because i had noticed some red dots forming after my 8th one.
    EDGING- After, i edge and kegel hard when i hit the brink of PONR. i'll do this for only about 5 minutes (i used to edge much longer at the end of my session, but the supra has replaced that)

    COOL DOWN- about 3-5 minutes with cold water

    Whenever in the day i do a little kegel workout that takes about 10 minutes

    Kegels:
    10 reps 30 second kegel hold. (1-2 reverse kegels in between)
    50 reps 4-5 second kegel hold (reverse kegel every other rep)
    100 reps quickest and strongest kegel possible. (i can't keep the same fast pace the whole time, but that's what i'm aiming for eventually)

    -I love the supras. I've always felt my glans to look small, but supras make it expand to a new level each session. It's been my first week doing supras now and they are my favorite exercise now. You just must be really careful not to overtrain with these. I hit my limit with these yesterday but am okay. Today my unit is feeling quite sore at the base, which i like. This means i had a good stretch session as well. Overall, i had a great session. Enjoying my day off and looking forward to tomorrow's exercise!

      I attribute my recent jump in girth to supra slammers. My girth (since measuring better with a piece of floss) has jumped up .25" in about the past 2 weeks.

      Also, i just started doing a kegel and trapping the blood in the CS before each OK jelq. I'm doing all i can to increase the CS. I can tell there is a lot of potential for growth there still.

      About a week ago, i said i was going to slowly increase my Supra Slammer reps.... That is not the case anymore. I still haven't increased since 8. I would be fatiguing my unit too much if i tried to do more currently.

      I also hit the 7 inch finally. I said i would throw a party.. ANNOUNCEMENT: PARTY IN MY PANTS. Females invited only.

        I was having an issue with my workout and recently changed it.
        Since starting, I've been a one day on, one day off schedule. My girth exercise started taking very long (jelqing and supra slammers) and I started doing too much. Yet, my length feel like it needed more...

        So basically (I feel) I had too much girth work and too little length. So I am now upping my workouts to 2 days on and 1 day off yet I am splitting my girth work on those two days. This means I am doubling the focus on my length and cutting my girth work in half. Except, in reality I will be able to focus my girth exercises better and not rush it or be distracted when it would take so long, so I feel I will benefit greatly by this.

        So my workouts (not super detailed below) will be like this

        DAY 1
        -warmup
        -normal stretch routine
        -jelqing routine
        -warm/cool down

        DAY 2
        -warmup
        -normal stretching routine
        -supra slammers (currently on 9)
        -warm/cool down

        DAY 3
        -rest day





        I just finished day 2 of my new routine. I noticed my unit is less sore but still well worked and looks more energetic post workout than before. For myself, this change in my routine makes so much sense to me. I am looking forward to seeing how my body reacts to this.

          Since Thursday I have not done any PE. I finally got to use my new unit with this chick I've been talking to of recent and stayed with her all weekend.

          The first night together we had sex. She was on top riding me and this is what she moaned.             Has been quite awhile since my last post. nearly a year. WOW.

            lemme just say, life has crazy twists thrown at you and sticking them out gets you onto higher levels!

            I was committed intensely to PE all through my last post (august 2013) about 4 months.
            i had seen (in my eyes) amazing gains. I know my measuring technique was off in the beginning, but when it comes down to it, i was between 6.00 - 6.125 inches and grew to 7 inches ( on a full raging 10 EQ) My girth started at 4.75 and ended at 5.3 with 10 EQ.

            In my absence, i slowed down on PE to the point that i pretty much completely stopped. I had a brand new confidence inside from the new weapon i had created. Though not to boast, this new confidence was obvious... i hooked up many times with random women the end of 2013 to the beginning of 2014. i always felt confident with my love making skills, and having bigger artillery only improved it more.

            Okay so my life changed abruptly and have new living situations 2014. Better ones. Probably about 3-4 months ago i started PEing again. i realized that my easy noob gains were gone! PE was more of a visual thing than a number thing to me. i wanted my girth to be more even all the way around so my new routine was mainly jelqs and i would end with a little stretch routine. ( i did jelqs before stretch because i learned that for myself, jelqing before also warms up my penis for stretching and gives a better plump head to help my hand grip while i stretched after)

            FAST FORWARD TO ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO

            i must admit, my length decreased (maybe my measuring was overzealous and too kind) but my overall girth seemed more even, and i was pleased by the appearance! haha)

            a month ago, i would say, my penis size was approximately 6.93" long and 5.35 MEg.

            i had the epiphany that i am already so content with my size, but now with experience and time to reevaluate, i said what the hell, why not make a bad ass weapon again and be determined again...

            I know for a fact my length has stopped considerably, the reason i realize is that my hands can no longer force as well as i need to see gains. So i ordered a BIB Hanger and did all my research on hanging. (i know my decision seems abrupt, but believe me, i went through a long process until i knew this would be my decision. and i made this decision for multiple reasons. i'm going to hang hang hang until i see my length over 7.5". MY new ultimate goal is 8" length) i got the hanger 3 weeks ago and have been hanging ever since.

            I LOVE IT

            i get the best stretch that my hands could never ever do.

            Once i hit my length goals, i will cement them and then focus all on girth. I'm going for 8x6 and i am dedicated to take as much time as needed to get there.

            Back to hanging (yeah this post is all over the place but it's been a long ass time haha)
            i love it, i have already made gains, i consistently have a bpel at or above 7". and it is all legitimate measuring, i am certain. if anything, i am saying it is only 7, while knowing it is fractions above. cuz i care more about the appearance than the specific look. i started at 2.5 lbs playing with the weight and my technique. I am now at 7.5lbs for 4 sets of 20 mins.

            i'm going to stop this novel for now, my next post will have a more detail of my routine, equipment/supplies, and technique. Also i will post good exact measurements of my unit so i can have a new start and goals in my life's 2nd Phase of PE. dun dun dun.

              Hey hey! Welcome back. Good luck on chapter two. Don't go too far too quick with the hanging, higher weights will require some adjustments to the hanger, get it right now before it becomes problematic later, small changes to gaps and wrap will make a big difference.

                i took it low in the beginning with 2.5 lbs but i felt absolutely no fatigue, but i would finish my sessions (4 sets x 20 mins) with that weight. pretty much every day i added half a pound for a week. My official starting weight (where i would feel good fatigue) was 5lbs and i am currently at 7.5 lbs. The only way i am adding weight now is if i feel like my previous set did little to nothing in fatigue. i typically do all 4 sets at the same weight, but if i feel too much fatigue pain (not bad sharp pains) i will down weight during that set and last as long as i can with that weight for my remaining sets.

                With my life schedule, my hanging routine will stay at 4x 20 minute sets (i used to be a stoner so i like that number)

                I suppose my routine style is in between Bibs routine and Malehanger.

                I pick the perfect weight that i can try and do all 4 sets with but get very good fatigue. if the weight feels like little is happening for the whole set, then it is time to add .25 lbs at a time.

                I hang every day. that is the goal. of course some days i can't, but since i started 3 weeks ago, i have been consistent to stick out a session every single day. i go by bibs hang every day thought.

                  My wrapping style is first, i put a WHAT A Grip (tennis racket grip) as my prewrap and padding. Then i put thermaflx? Thermaband? sorry i forgot what its name is, but i put the ThermaWhatever as the exterior wrap. I put it with a medium firmness and then put a piece of scotch tape to hold it together. i like the therma because it's grippy surface holds well with my Bib Starter.

                  What's also great about the What a grip is that i can use it as a traction wrap to keep my unit extended all day (NEVER LET IT TURTLE theory)

                  I don't know if the theory is full proof, buttttt my flacid hand is awesome since i've been hanging and traction wrapping. I have an extra WHAT A GRIP wrap. one for hanging the, the other for traction wrapping. I should be sponsored by what a grip. i would be the cover boy with his testimonial of how their tennis racket product gave me a bigger penis.. oh yeah.

                  Tomorrow i will start my daily hang log (the greatest thing about hanging is that my hands are free to use the computer and my phone [just dont look at porn while hanging! holy moly that would be a horrible idea])

                  I will be more specific with my hanging technique tomorrow while i hang.

                  Also, have a legitimate measurement day soon in the near future, so i can have a good ideal of starting measurements for Phase 2. beeep beep boop
