    Finished my 90 days...not much length gained but girth just about .5 of a inch.I'm not going to change anything up,just adding uli's to my routine.

      stretching as i type ...mispelled because i only have 1 hand the other is working hahaha.......pe has been going good....ysterday i decided to add a longer stretch time to my routine...im going to stretch a hour by its self.

        Time for a update!...So my routine right now is the jp 90 with 10 ten second uli's between sets.It takes about a hour and a half to complete.I also do a hour stretching a day and have noticed a little growth since doing this which has me real excited,and i will like to add in that some of my stretches are bundled as well.So some length growth but no girth which is crazy because I never usually gain length only girth.Positive PI'S so ima stick with the routine.

          Getting lazy with my long.I'm going to make what I do a little more detailed now.
          10 to 15 min warm up with cup of hot water(refill every 4 mins)
          stretching 20 min holding each stretch for 1 min up,down,left,right,left hand btc,right hand btc,bundled up,bundled down,bundled left,bundled right.I just repeat them untill the 20 mins is up.
          jelq 150 50 rep 3 sets (a jelq with left hand and right hand equals 1)3 to 5 second holds
          30 10 second uli's 10 reps 3 sets
          Warm down in shower
          This routine above was all done when I wake up at 5 am.I work at 9 and get my kids ready for school around 6:30 am so Thats why I wake up so early for PE.

          At night I do my same stretching routine for 45 mins. There you go!

            I haven't been sticking to my routine lately.Not saying I haven't done pe I just haven't done as much jelqing.This is what I have been doing.
            In the mourning during shower for about 15 mins stretching all directions.
            While at work seen as this place just opened up I have ours to myself I do a 40 stretching routine(all directions and bundled) or a 40 min intense girth routine.
            If I don't do either or I do them at night for about 20 mins.
            This is my girth routine which I hope add some girth,I will measure at the end of October.SSJ with a hold for as long as the blood is still good.Then a horse squeeze for as long as the blood is still good.Then a uli for as long as the blood is still good.I keep doing these in order for 40 mins and at the end of the routine I have a expansion of .5 or .75 girth for a few hours.

                So i been doin alot of stretching and girth work.
                stretching 10 to 15 mins in the shower in the mourning
                30 to 45 mins stretching at night or 45 mins of girth work.What ever 1 I don't do I do for 30 to 45 mins at night.

                  Dropped my girth work because of to much pain while me and the wife do the do.She says it hurts her to much on the sides(girth).She wouldn't mind it longer she said so manual stretching it is for now.I will stretch 3 times a day for now and see what happens.

                      BUT!SOMETHING CRAZY HAPPENED!DON"T KNOW IF IT:S TEMPORARY YET BUT MY DICK WAS LOOKING LIKE IT GOT MORE GIRTH WITHOUT ME DOING GIRTH WORK!my wife seen it and said that's to big we are not having sex(ego boost).It must have been like 6 inches girth last night.I can't explain it tho.
                      Also I used uncle jim's strap method all day untill I go to sleep.

                        uncle jims strap method all day till sleep.I would like to say I still think my girth is growing even tho I don't do any girth exercises.I hafe to buy a tailors tape again because I broke mine the other day.No lie! my shit looks like a monster cock the last 4 days.

                            We dont call names like fuck face, period and if you dont think it is fair then leave. We dont mind you staying but if your going to call names like that then your going to get " moderated" because that is what we do.
