    Dude I want to gain like you do when it comes to length lol.my routine was 6 day a week or five and I took days oof depending on my eq so it was random.I rarely needed time off because my Johnson never really gets tired from girth work.It does from length work tho.
    I read on a thread of your that you did clamping that's serious!I was going to try that after I got all I can out of ssj ,horses, and uli's.
    1 more thing I lost some girth because I stopped.I'm not worried tho,it's where I gain the most.

        light jelqs at like 30-40% erection aid well with length gains.but girth gains become harder, at least i think so. and internal stretches.

        just did some ssj, awesome exercise. took some time figuring out how, but wow, must be incorporated into more routines.

        you do much warm up/ down?

          I always warm up at least ten mins.
          The ssj and horses and uli's also give you a great plump for a few hours.you can get you girth up about .3 or .4 for for a few extra hours.
          Best if done half hour before sex hahahahahah.
          I need to start doing jelqs again but this time for length I use to do them for girth.I think some people just gain length easy and some gain girth easy.

            Rest for Saturday and Sunday
            On Friday I did some 100 jelqs at about 2 second each all to the right going down
            Erect bends all to the right going down and to the left
            I am doing this because I want to fix my curve

                4 mins stretching under and up leg while sitting

                1 day ago 100 jelqs in the am with low eq 30 to 40 %
                20 mins stretching later in the afternoon

                today
                10 erect bending
                followed by 30 mins stretching consisting of up and under leg while sitting
                btc stretches and bundled stretches
                then following that with 10 mins of edging

                  Today so far I did about 15 to 20 mins erect bending while giving it a massage after every rep.
                  Also I ballooned while performing the routine.No stretching yet not sure if I will today because it does affect eq and it's Friday so I want to have fun(sex).I haven't been using uncle jim's wrap after my routines anymore.I might start again but I am not sure.

                    the 2 days I didn't log I rested and today I did
                    erect bending for 10 mins with massages after everybend
                    stretching 30 mins sitting under and up legs, standing stretching all direction,bundled standing stretching and btc stretching
                    ballooned for about 20 mins and while I was ballooning I measured nbpel of 6.5 and I had me feeling good but can't count anything till the end of November.

                      ballooning for like 17 mins.....I just went over my log and I would like to state that I went over 7 bpel awhile ago and 5.5 girth.I can't believe I never wrote that down.Pe works for anyone reading my log ,just take your time and you can get to your goals.
                      Don't rush things or you can make things worst.
                      Also for those men in relationships when doing girth work don't jump to far ahead of your self it takes wives or gf time to adjust to your new size.

                        stretching sitting, standing and bundled
                        20 mins ballooning after stretching routine
                        I think I have some growth that I visually notice alot right now.I can just be better erection quality from the L-citrulline powder I have been taking.After a couple days it started to work more and my erections have been hard as all hell.Also I have started to eat more pistachios which have arginine in them.

                              Damn took to many days off!
                              I did measure today since it is the end of the month and happy to say there is growth.
                              I am almost at a inch of bpel gain and half a inch in nbpel.
                              I measure at 7 7/16 bpel and 6 7/16 nbpel....Im right there baby!
                              Also 30 mins stretching today consisting of sitting and standing stretches.
