    Yesterday
    30 mins stretching while sitting and standing
    When standing I started to add in some stretches from the base.They do feel like I am stretching from the inside but at the same time they feel like I am pulling my skin along with it.
    I will continue to add them in for now.

      Great news people
      I just did my routine consisting of
      10 erect bends
      20 mins stretching while sitting and standing
      about 15 mins of ballooning
      Here is the great news
      after I measured and I was past 7.5 bpel and 6.5 nbpel meaning I have gone over a inch in fucking gains baby!!!!!!!!!WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

        Took 3 days of the yesterday did 30 mins of stretching consisting of sitting and standing stretches.

        Then today I did 10 erect bends followed by 20 mins stretching and 15 mins stamina work consisting of ballooning.
        Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
        NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg

          Took 2 days off then did my routine with another day off after that then yesterday I did 30 mins of stretching by the hear at night.
          I added a a-stretch but in reverse to my routine.It's not really a a-stretch but it is kind of done the same only with the opposite side of the shaft.I am just experimenting with it for now.I will be doing my routine later on tonight.

            Yesterday I did my old girth routine for 10 mins in the am followed by 15 mins of stretching while sitting.
            At night I did a girth routine of 30 mins followed by 15 mins of stretching.
            I won't be doing girth for a while again I just missed it so I did it.
            Also I out on uncle jims wrap from the am to like 5 pm.

              yesterday
              30 mins of stretching near heater in the afternoon around 6 pm
              stretching consisted of sitting stretches and btc stretches also about 10 to 12 mins of a-stretches

                I haven't been doing to much pe with the holidays and partys and me being real busy.
                I did manage to do 30 mins stretching last night tho and 15 mins stretching the day before that.

                    Thanks I really appreciate it.I went over a inch in length and a half a inch in girth,could have gotten more girth but my wife says it hurts her.

                      Yesterday and the day before that
                      10 erect bend followed by 30 mins of stretching....ALso during 1 of the bends i squeezed the midshaft with the left hand and bent down and to the right with my right hand,and noticed because I pressed in a lil I caused a increase in girth just from that 1 time that lasted a few hours.
                      When I use to do my horse squeezes I always grabbed the beginning of the shaft and the end next time I will grab the middle and the end.


                      O yea! I also did ballooning after my routine of stretching.
