Been on vacation for a bit, but I kept up some pe. ABout 50jai stretches, 10 tensions stretches, and 8 squeezes a day.
Measured and now at 7in length! Also, gained .1 girth making it, 4.6in girth. Will try to post more often.
Been a while since I've been here and done PE but I'm back and ready to get serious again. Current short term goal for these next 3 months will be to get my length back to 7in, ironically my girth has increased without PE. Just bought a hangar as I lost my homemade one, so my routine will be hanging with some more focus on girth.
