    Week 3, Day 2

    Record for yesterday: Had a good PE day. Felt a little worked in my head (I think the vacuum was a little too much perhaps?).

    Enjoyed the JP90 with the new EVO Oil. Was fantastic. Smelled great, but also did not get sticky or require reapplication / water etc! Amazing stuff

    I think as a result of yesterday’s efforts, my EQ was lower this morning…perhaps only a 5 or 6. Normally it’s around 8+.. Good thing I didn’t BM last night!

    29 July:
    Extender – 5hrs 11min
    JP90 – Day 7
    Bathmate – nil

    Total time in Extender: 54hrs 29min

      Week 3, Day 3

      Record from yesterday’s efforts. Penis was feeling a little tired, so didn’t do too long an extender session.

      Clocked up two sessions (1hr 57min and 2hr 47min). No JP90 nor BM.

      Prior to getting in to bed however, I did perform a few a few stretches with kegels. Pull to the left (9 o’clock, 25 kegels) and then the same to the right. I also did the same, however rotated my penis 180 degrees, then pulled left and kegelled. When I pulled right, I rotated my penis 180 degrees right, then kegelled.

      I have decided to perform some JAI stretches as much as possible throughout the day. Prior to strapping in this morning, I did one set of two second holds, twenty reps in total.

      30 July (yesterday):
      Extender – 4hrs 44min
      JP90 – nil
      Bathmate – nil

      Total time in Extender: 59hrs 13min

        Just thought I’d clear something up (as much for you guys as well as for myself when I read back on this stuff in the future).

        Today is Week 3, Day 3….

        However, as I began my PE on a Wednesday (rather than a Monday / Sunday), I counted that Wednesday to be from week 1. Which means come the following Thursday (25th, or Week 2, Day 4), it really is actually Week 2, Day 1).

        Makes sense I hope?
        I didn’t want to begin my week from Wednesday…though sometimes I think I should have! Lol

        So as a result of this, I will add another detail to my posts:

        Week 3, Day 3 (15 Days Training)

        I hope this simplifies things. Perhaps I’m just making things more complicated than they should be?(!!!)

            Hey,

            Thanks for your message. As for measuring, I plan on measuring within the next week or two. I don't have a particular date set.

            I was originally planning on measuring at the 250hr mark, or even perhaps once a month, however I have since decided that at the early stages of my PE'ing, that I would be better off measuring every fortnight or so, just so that I can see what works vs, what doesn't work. Or, reading in another way, should I continue what I've done these last two weeks, or tweak it?

            My first week I had excellent PIs however these last few days I think that my EQ has gone down slightly. I think I am overworking the little big man...I'll be heading overseas for a week, so will let that be a rest and recovery week! Might measure before departure and then on my return to see what affect the rest did.

              01/08/2013 – 11.06

              Week 3, Day 4 (16 Days Training)

              I think that I am slightly overworking myself, need a little more rest and recovery time. As such I will not do any extending today, but will do JP90 tonight.

              My unit is a little tender in the head; I put this down to the vacuum suction of the PMP. Having a break today should be a good thing. Also my EQ I think has slightly gone down. Probably due to fatigue.

              On the plus though, my flaccid hang is longer and also appears thicker too.

              Did some Extender yesterday and also some JAI stretches when I went to the bathroom and also prior to PMP application.

              During my second set of Jelqs during last night, I incorporated some Ultimate Jelqs. Felt pretty good. I might incorporate them from now on, or at least mix ‘n match


              31 July (yesterday):

                Week 3, Day 6 (19 Days Training)

                Have to be quick. Boarding a plane very soon.

                Thursday 1st was a total rest day.

                Friday 2nd:
                Extender – 1hrs 16min
                JP90 – nil
                Bathmate – nil

                Saturday 3rd (today):
                Extender – 1hr 22min
                JP90 – Day 9
                Bathmate – nil

                Total time in Extender: 66hrs 21min

                Off overseas for 9 days. Will be a rest period for me. Some light stretches perhaps however.

                  04/08/2013 - 11.55

                  Week 3, Day 7

                  Currently sitting on an airplane. Although this is to be a rest week away, I have decided to do JAI stretches whenever I am at the bathroom. Usually I would to 20 reps, but as I am doing nothing else, I have decided to increase it to 30.

                  Since leaving last night, I think I have done four or five sets.

                  Also, whilst sitting on the plane, I did a kegeling routine:

                  10sec long hold
                  5sec rest

                  Over a 2min period (which equates to 4 10sec holds and 20 sec rest per minute).

                  All of tbis followed by quick pulsing kegels with the same time format (10sec on, 5sec off over 2min).

                  I may mix it up in future and begin with the quick pulses. It really fatigues you and gets you working!

                  And I'm changing the way that I'm counting my days. It's even confusing me!

                  I began PE on Wednesday 17th July, Day 1.

                  Today is Sunday 4th August, Week 2, Day 4.

                  Or, better still, Day 19.

                    Day 20, Week 2, Day 5

                    Have been doing Jai stretches on most occassions I've been in the bathroom (or piss pulls as others have termed it).

                    I am still having an R&R week. Noticed last night that my flaccid hang had receded slightly from the previous days. But then again, since reducing my extender wear over the last week (from 5-8hrs down to 1-3hrs), my flaccid hang was noticeably larger than pre PE.

                    Just completed a set of my 4min Kegel Routine (see previous post). This time around I reversed the order and began my first 2min with quick pulse kegels and finished my final 2min with long hold kegels.

                      15/08/2013 – 11.09

                      Yesterday’s log:

                      Day 29, Week 3 Day 7

                      I have just had a 10 day break from using my extender / doing JP90. I resumed today, having completed JP90 in the morning, and currently two hours of extender (plus two sets of 20 Jai Stretches).

                      It feels good to get back into it. Haven’t measured since day one, but will when I find the time over the next couple of days.

                      I also ended up falling asleep doing a Bed Fowfer (lying on right side, dick lying over left nut..). Wanted to switch and do both sides, but didn’t expect to fall asleep!

                      14 August:
                      Extender – 4hr
                      JP90 – Day 10
                      Bathmate – nil

                      Total time in Extender: 70hrs 21min

                              20/08/2013 – 13.41

                              Day 35, Week 4, Day 6

                              I finished my night last night with JP90 and clocked up a good few hours of extender. Since adding the 0.5cm, I am finding it a little more difficult to use for extended periods of time and that it is slightly less comfortable that it was previously. I added one of the rings to the head unit to make for a smaller / tighter fit for my head to squeeze into (otherwise I found I was sliding out)..

                              JP90 – Day 12
                              Bathmate – nil

                              Total time in Extender: 87hrs 10min

                              As for today, I began my morning with JP90 (I am loving the EVO Oil!) and have been strapped in for nearly 2hrs so far. Will update my progress later.

                              Have also decided to re-measure at 100hrs.

                                Day 36, Week 4, Day 7

                                Follow up from yesterday:

                                20 August:
                                Extender – 3hr 24min
                                JP90 – Day 13
                                Bathmate – nil
                                Clamping: 20min (before bed)
                                Edging (via sex): 15min

                                Total time in Extender: 90hrs 34min

                                So far today, this morning I did JP90 and 21min of BM immediately afterwards and have been extending as much as I can throughout the day (so far at just over 4 hours)…

                                Yesterday was the first time I clamped since resuming PE last month. I became fully engorged and the most veiny I’ve ever felt! May clamp nightly for 5-10 minutes. Does anyone have any comments as to suggested duration etc? Anything I should be mindful of or be aware of?? Thanks.
