    Day 37, Week 5, Day 1

    Technically yesterday’s log as it is passed midnight, but really today’s…

    Was able to do JP90 in the morning, which is great because by the time I am home at night, I am too tired to want to do anything. I have found however that I’m a little more tender during the day whilst wearing the PMP, though this may be due to my adding 0.5cm to the bar…

    22 August:

      Day 41, Week 5, Day 5

      I had a wax down below on Friday morning and as a result of this, I opted to have a couple of days rest until my skin was less sensitive. I rested Friday, Saturday and Sunday (had a busy weekend even if I wanted to PE!).

      Received the new ADS strap and also the hose adaptor for my PMP today. Have decided to wear the ADS today and will do JP90 tonight.

        Day 42, Week 5, Day 6

        Update from yesterday.

        I wore the ADS leg strap (dick being pulled to the right) for 5hrs 25min yesterday and then finished the night off with JP90.

        Today, I will wear the ADS for the same duration but pulling to the left for a little balance.

        I’ve breached 100hrs, time for a measurement!

        As at yesterday, 26 August:
        Extender – 5hrs 25min
        JP90 – Day 15
        Bathmate – nil

        Total time in Extender: 102hrs 56min

          28/08/13 – 10.43

          Day 43, Week 5, Day 7

          Update from yesterday.

          As I wore the ADS leg strap (dick being pulled to the right) on Monday, I opted to wear it yesterday with it pulling to the left. I managed 5hrs in total. I have found over the total 10hrs 25min with the leg strap that the head unit slowly rotates due to the force of the pull. This results in needing to restrap in every couple of hours. Does anyone else experience this or something similar? I attempted to strap in to the head unit at the same angle at the unit would naturally rotate to after some wear-time. This aided briefly, but not as I had hoped.

          I finished yesterday with with JP90 and upon getting in to bed decided to simultaneously clamp and edge for a total of 10min.

          Today I am wearing the normal extender and have a busy day, so won’t be able to get in much extender wear and I will probably be too exhausted to do JP90 tonight..

          As at yesterday, 27 August:
          Extender – 5hrs
          JP90 – Day 16
          Bathmate – nil
          Simultaneous Clamping and Edging – 10min

            29/08/2013 – 11.34

            Day 43, Week 6, Day 1

            Had a busy day yesterday so wasn’t able to put in all the hours I normally would.

            Had a conference during the day which sucked a couple of hours away from me, but I was able to put in just under 2hrs when I got home.. Was too tired for JP90 however.

            Have wanted to measure this week, but also don’t want to measure on a day that I do PE as I don’t want my measurements skewed (either inflated due to PE, or reduced due to fatigue because of PE). As such, I will measure this weekend on a rest day.

            As at yesterday, 28 August:
            Extender – 4hrs 52min
            JP90 – nil

              Day 43, Week 6, Day 2

              Had a thought yesterday. I can’t manage doing JP90 Monday – Friday due to my schedule, so what I have opted to do, would be to allow myself 1-2 days off during the week, and do those workouts on the weekend. That way I can still do 5:2 JP90 a week, and also a 5:2 extender a week..

              Considering that, I have to do JP90 tonight as I have already missed 2 days this week

              Let’s see how that works for me

                02/09/2013 – 17.14

                Day 46, Week 6, Day 5
                Friday I got some good hours with my extender. Around 2hrs with the ADS over the left shoulder, the same again over the right shoulder and the remainder on my hip pulling to the right. I wasn’t able to do JP90 Friday as originally planned, and as such, I did some Saturday morning AND Saturday night. I wasn’t able to complete it in its entirety as I was short on time, so instead I focused on slow tight pulls and did it for as long as I was able to (approximately 30min each time). I also managed 20min of BM Saturday night, followed by 5 min of clamping. I had slight fluid retention that night, but nothing the following morning.

                Sunday morning I immediately did 10min of BM and went out for the day. As mentioned above, I could only do around 30min of JP90 that night and before heading to bed, I did 20min of BM followed by 10min of clamping. Whilst clamping, I began to edge and asked my girlfriend to feel how pumped and hard I was….which led to us having sex whilst clamped (post BM)…we did this until it became a little too tender for me (which happened to be exactly 10 min). I removed the clamp and then…(I’ll leave the rest to your imagination)..

                Today I have only done a little bit of extender work as I am a little tender! Will keep on monitoring my PIs. So far so good. Flaccid hang is overall longer and thicker. I did some measurements today but will recheck again tonight to ensure accuracy. TBC…

                30 August:
                Extender – 5hrs 50min
                JP90 – nil

                31 August:
                Extender – nil
                JP90 – 30 min AM and 30 min PM
                Bathmate – 20min
                Clamping – 10min

                1 September:
                Extender – nil
                JP90 – 30 min PM

                  I can confirm that I have gained throughout my 47 days of PE. I will remeasure in a couple of weeks to ensure my measurements are accurate (I’m hoping my new gains are not due to measurement error).

                      That's a fair question. The only thing I can think is that my EL when I originally measured up wasn't all that is could have been?

                      As I said, I do plan on remeasuring to ensure that I have accurate results.

                              Ok, playing a little catch up here..

                              3 September:
                              Extender – 4hrs 02min
                              JP90 – nil
                              Bathmate – nil

                              Was feeling a little tired so just did some extender (less than usual) and called it a day.

                              4 September:
                              Chose to have a complete rest day.

                              5 September:
                              Extender – nil
                              JP90 – Day 18
                              Bathmate – 20min (after JP90)

                              [Today] 6 September:
                              Extender – TBA
                              JP90 – Day 19
                              Bathmate – 20min

                              Did something a little different today. Warmed up with a wheat bag then a little edging followed by 10min of BM. That was my warm up to JP90, which I then followed up with a further 10min of BM. Felt good! I then strapped in to my PMP (currently at 1hr).

                              I also added 0.5cm today. My plan is to maintain tension between 600g – 900g and keep on adding bars as I see fit. Last time I added 0.5cm on 19/08. It was a little uncomfortable and I didn’t think I would be able to continue with it, but after a few sessions it was no problem. It seems it’s happening again (as expected). Today I won’t clock up too many hours! But over a week I will gradually increase the hours and I will grow accustomed to it. Bring it on!

                              Oh, and following on from the previous couple of comments…I decided to remeasure my BPEL as well as my EGT, EGM and EGB. My girth measurements were identical (which means consistent; good!) however it seems that my previous BPEL measurement was not all that it could have been!

                              I have actually grown some! My BPEL on 17/07 was 6.88” whereas it currently is 7.01” so a gain of 0.12” in less than 2 months time (total hours extending up until time of measurement was 131hrs, 50min).


                              Total time in Extender: 131hrs 50min (plus whatever I do today…)
