    Day 53, Week 7, Day 6

    Have been enjoying doing BM before and after JP90. Time permitting, I will continue that. Does anyone else do JP90 and use their Bathmate as part of their PE routine? What do you guys do? Please share

    Also as an update, I have decided to include Tunica Tugs as a nightly routine just before bed. 2x30 seconds. I began on Friday 6th - Will update the record accordingly.


    Update for the weekend:

    Saturday 7 September:
    Extender – 1hr 28min (after JP90)
    JP90 – Day 20
    Bathmate – 20min total (10min before and after JP90)
    Tunica Tugs - 2x30 sec

    Sunday 8 September:
    Extender – 1hr 00min (after BM)
    JP90 – Rest
    Bathmate – 20min total
    Tunica Tugs - 2x30 sec

    Today, Monday 9 September:

    Had some time this morning to fit in 10min of BM. Currently at 2hrs 13min of Extender wear. TBC

        Day 56, Week 8, Day 2

        Update over the last couple of days:

        Tuesday 10 September:
        Extender – 5hr 07min
        JP90 – Rest
        Bathmate – nil
        Tunica Tugs - 2x30 sec [before bed]

        Wednesday 11 September:
        Began my morning with JP90, but didn’t have enough time to complete all three rounds. Managed to do two rounds in total. No wheat bag to begin, but did apply one post session.

        Extender – 5hr 37min (3hrs 25min with the ADS to the right leg)
        JP90 – Day 21 [but only 2 rounds]
        Bathmate – nil
        Tunica Tugs - 2x30 sec in between extender sets
        - 2x30 [before bed]

        Today, Thursday 12 September:
        Like yesterday, I began with JP90, I wasn’t able to use the wheat bag as a warm up. Completed all three rounds but no stretching afterwards. I did include a wheat bag however.

        Currently strapped in to the PMP. I have found lately that the top of my penis is slowly going number (after perhaps an hour of wear). I put this down however to how I wear the PMP. I am forced to wear it with my penis poking out of the top of my underwear (I have it on a slight angle either to the left or the right). As such, the top part of the base I believe is cutting off some blood circulation, hence going numb. I normally angle down for a few minutes at this stage, the numbness goes away and then I resume as before. I find my current desk job prevents me from wearing it in any other way (ie, pointing down). As such, I have been trying to put in a couple of hours of the extender before connecting the ADS device.

        Does anyone have any advice / suggestions on the above please??

          Day 57, Week 8, Day 3

          Will have a bit of a rest day for the extender I think. Been finding that I’ve been going a little tender / numb on the dorsal side a couple of times (see previous post from earlier this week). May put in a couple of hours, but nothing close to 5...

          Will do JP90 tonight. Received canning tongs in mail today, will try that out. Don’t know what to expect!

          Update from yesterday, Thursday 12:

            16/09/2013 – 13.00

            Day 60, Week 8, Day 6

            Decided to have a 3 day break, (Friday / Saturday / Sunday). Did zero PE. No BM, no stretches, no extender…

            Resuming today.

            Had the thought over the weekend that according to TGC, my original suspicion of my limiting factor being my tunica may in fact be my smooth muscle. I’m not too sure. My original measurements had my BPFSL as being < 0.5” to that of my BPEL leading me to think my limiting factor was my tunica, but equally so, this last week or two I feel that my EQ has gone down a little. So perhaps it is more my smooth muscle now that needs to be worked on…? Thoughts anyone?

            I will measure up soon and compare my BPFSL vs my BPEL and see if it is similar to my original difference (0.16”). I just had a look at my measurements from my last recording (02/09) and my difference is 0.59”. So….according to TGC, I should probably be focusing more on smooth muscle now.

            Is this something common / to be expected? To go from needing to focus on one thing for a time (tunica), and then finding that your limiting factor has progressed on to the other (smooth muscle)??

            I will post this as a general discussion in the forum as well as within the TGC thread; I’m curious what the PE public have to say on this…

                    Had a busy day Friday (out of the ordinary day) preventing any PE.
                    Saturday and Sunday I rested from my extender, though did JP90 both days and some BM on Sunday. My BM needed some repairing (base required some super glue… and I was lazy in my repairing it, hence my time off from using it). Back in working order!

                      I incorporated Mandingo Stretches yesterday. Also, I have begun a new routine which incorporates early morning weights 3 days a week and early morning swimming 2 days a week with weekends being a rest day (with the exception of my twice weekly competitive basketball games)…

                            No time for JP90 last night. Busy evening which extended into my bedtime. Yes, that’s right. Bed time! Need my sleep to be up super early for gym in the AM…Working on my cock and my body, trying to make a superhuman version of myself!! lol

                                Been busy this last week. Have had a lot going on between work / social life / and family commitments.. Hasn’t been the best PE period. Been finding it difficult for motivation to do JP90 at night as I’m too tired by then. Currently just trying to log hours in my ADS (too difficult to wear the extender at work)..
