    Day 29 (12 November 2013)

    I almost didn't do my workout this day because I was focusing on my art project but after going through artist's block for over an hour I got too frustrated to keep staring at a blank piece of drawing paper. I thought of going straight to bed but I was wasn't very tired, so then I decided that I would do my PE exercise.

    Warm up with rice sock 10+ minutes.
    Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
    150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
    Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock.

    Workout was alright, nothing bad happened while doing my stretches or jelqs. An overall decent PE day.

    Day 30 (13 November 2013)

    This workout was done way later than I hoped. I didn't get to sleep until around 2 AM. This sucks for the fact I have a morning class at 8 o'clock.

    Warm up with rice sock 10+ minutes.
    Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
    150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
    Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock.

    Post workout notes: The workout was fine and I completed each set of jelqs without a problem. The problem is that I am looking at porn again. I am going on an abstinence of masturbation and quitting porn as of now. The abstinence of masturbation isn't technically an abstinence but feels almost like it because I plan on reducing my daily jerking off to once a week. It is going to be hard but I want to have a more healthier dick and looking at porn while masturbating isn't going to get me closer to that goal.

      No notes to comment on the workout. Nothing bad happened just a regular workout.

      Day 32 (15 November 2013)

      Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock.

      For the past day or two I have had some really good flaccid hang. I've had morning erections and no negative PIs that I can find. The workout went pretty good. It was another late workout and I finished at a nice time without rushing too much. I'll be measuring soon but I won't have my hopes up for any gains because I don't want to be disappointed. I am following my routine and having good PIs and I plan on going through this routine for the last approximate 60 days without changing it.

        Day 33 (16 November 2013)

        Today's workout was a bit confusing for me. I don't remember whether I did 2 sets of wet jelqs and v jelqs or 3 sets of them. I was watching a few funny videos while jelqing to pass the time and for some reason I couldn't remember whether I completed my second or third jelq set. I stopped and decided not to chance of doing an extra set of jelqs to prevent possible overtraining. Less is more is a good theory to stick with and I certaibly don't want to have to take some extra days off for a stupid error.

        So the workout was:
        Warm up with rice sock for approximately 20 minutes.
        Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
        2 or 3 sets of 50 jelqs and 30 V jelqs (My short term memory is screwing with me on differentiating whether I did the full exercise)
        Finished by warm down with rice sock for approximately 10 minutes.

        Rest days are next and I'll probably measure on one of the days. Possibly tomorrow. I've recently been taking a Damiana Leaves supplement with L-arginine and I've noticed that my balls swell up a bit just like the effects said. I wish the effects were permanent, though. I like the feeling of bigger balls.

          Workout was not very good in my opinion. I had a much lower level of erection going while doing my jelqing.

          I've lately been looking at pornography and I've had enough of it. I am tired of having my self submit to this addiction. I look at porn because it is thought-induced of the desired dopamine release. I've been needing to stop looking at porn and I am jumping on the anti-porn train, and with this determination not fall off the train and get myself out of this addiction. I made it past two weeks of no porn and masturbation but my determination faltered after I broke my masturbation abstinence.

          It's has been a couple of weeks and I've looked at porn here and there, sometimes daily, and it has gotten to me. I am starting as of tonight my no porn adventure. I am not sure whether to count the days in my log, based on whether it will help me.

          I measured myself today and from what I read I didn't get any gains. I am still as is:
          BPEL: 7.125 inch
          NBPEL: 6.5 inch
          MSEG: 5.3 inch

          I am a little sad by this but no matter, I have heard of people not gaining for a month of doing the JP90 routine and then suddenly they get gains, so I will continue with the JP90 routine without adding or taking off exercises.

            Workout went great without a hitch. Stretches were nice and the jelqing was good. I am wondering what would be a better lubricant than what I am using right now (Astroglide Gel). Nothing much else to update.

              Nothing that I remember to report about except that there was nothing that went wrong.

              Day 39 (22 November 2013)

              Workout:

              Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
              150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
              Finished with 10+ minutes with rice sock.

              Post-workout notes:
              Warm up and stretches were fine, jelqing was overall decent. There were times where I was keeping a good enough erection level for the jelqing. It teeter-tottered between too high of an erection and too low of an erection.

              I don't feel any gains coming on, but it doesn't have me in low spirits, I just don't feel compelled to measure. I've been throwing around the idea of not measuring until I reach the end of month 2. That would be exactly 3 weeks away; however, it's still just a thought.

                Finished with 10-15 minutes with rice sock.

                Today's workout was pretty good. Getting warmed up/down is probably one of the nicer parts of the workout. The workout is repetitive and sometimes it can be a flat out bore if you don't have something to entertain you when doing this hour long exercise. Tomorrow is the first rest day so I am kind of glad about that. I don't feel like measuring this week right now, but that might change later on.

                    Workout:

                    Post-workout notes: Stretching and jelqing are going well, and overall it was a good workout. The rice sock that I've been using has had a small hole in it and it has gotten bigger so I will have to replace it very soon. No big deal, but it is something that I wish I didn't have to deal with.

                    And lastly, I am planning on measuring soon. Definitely within the week.

                      Today I was turtling all day it seems and I think the cause is that I masturbated a bit too much on one of my rest days. I should have left my dick alone on the rest days but oh well, what happened, happened.

                      Workout:
                      Warm up with rice sock 10-15 minutes.
                      Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.

                      Finished with 15 minutes with rice sock.

                      Because of the turtling, the workout was harder to do. My erection level was harder to bring up, but I managed somehow. I'll do my best to remember rest days are REST days. So no exercising my dick in any way for two days out of the week, that being my rest days. Overall, not a good PE day without a doubt.

                      Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I am wondering how I will squeeze in a workout; however, I will do my best to do it. I'll try and get it done in the morning if I have to.

                      P.S. I've been thinking of adding in edging. I've seen posts about newbies asking how much they should edge with their workout and since I am pretty much conditioned I guess it is okay to edge any day? I am still trying to figure out how many days a week I should allow myself to do it, but I am thinking of starting off with 3 times a week.

                      My workout schedule is Tuesday to Saturday and my off days are Sunday and Monday, so I think it would be a good idea by scheduling my edging on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, thus balancing it out with a rest day in between the added exercise. A rest day from edging I would like to add.

                        No turtling for me today which is nice. Thanksgiving was today and it was absolutely awesome, incredible food, an overall great day!

                        Workout:
                        Warm up with rice sock 10-15 minutes.
                        Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                        150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
                        Additional workout: Edging for 15 minutes
                        Finished with 10-15 minutes with rice sock.

                        Post Workout notes: The workout was nice but my erection level was getting too high, something I am not mad about. It is the control I've been trying to get. The erection levels today sometimes peaked around 75%. I've been trying to keep my erection levels between 40 to 60 percent during my jelqing.

                        Edging was something I've never taken seriously before. I have porn-induced ED and getting erections without porn is a lot harder, so I was only able to reach around the PONR 3 times in the 15 minute time span, even though I had to fantasize to bring me to PONR and I am just wondering if I should just keep away from edging until I have recovered from my porn-induced ED. I'll be measuring my size in a couple of days, most likely on Saturday.

                        I'll also take some pictures of my member to use as documentation as proof of gains.

                          Workout:
                          Warm up with rice sock 10-15 minutes.
                          Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                          150 wet jelqs (50 jelqs per set) & 90 V-jelqs (30 jelqs per set)
                          Edged for around 30 to 45 minutes and ejaculated at the end
                          Finished with 15 minutes with rice sock.

                          The large difference in the edging is that I have porn-induced ED, so reaching PONR takes more time. I will say it is a fun way to end a PE session, although I think I will try to edge and not ejaculate at the end.

                          I replaced my rice sock. The original had a small hole in the middle that was not a problem at first until the hole expanded. I knew it was going to happen but I wanted it to last as long as possible. The new one has more rice in it. The sock is wider and a bit longer than the first one.

                          Stretches were simple and easy. I've been trying to put in good stretches but not stretching my dick to the point of ripping it off lol. I wonder if stretching too hard could cause overtraining. I wouldn't doubt it if it does. Jelqing was easy enough and pretty straight forward with the same routine.

                          I believe I will measure myself tomorrow and take a few pictures along with it to record my progress.

I finished my workout around midnight and I am not a night owl usually, so I was fairly tired. I will get around to taking a few pictures.

                              I am stopping with JP90 and doing different versions of jelqs. As of yesterday I moved over to doing ultimate jelqs and ultimate V's along with the same stretching routine as JP90. I am still trying to find a good routine and the JP90 routine is not giving me the results that I desire.

                              Workout from yesterday (6 December 2013):
                              Warm up for 15 minutes with rice sock.
                              Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                              40 UJs (Ultimate Jelqs) for 3 sets.
                              25 UV's (Ultimate V's) for 3 sets.
                              Edging for around 10-15 minutes and ejaculated.
                              Warm down with rice sock for 10-15 minutes.

                              Workout today (7 December 2013)
                              Warm up for 15 minutes with rice sock.
                              Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
                              50 UJs per set of 3 sets total.
                              30 UV's per set of 3 sets total.
                              Edged for 10 minutes. No ejaculation.
                              Warm down with rice sock for 10 minutes.

                              I will eventually find my equilibrium that will not cause me to overtrain. The feeling of doing these different exercises feels nice.

                              Lastly, I changed to a different lubricant. I switched from using Astroglide gel lubricant to Johnson & Johnson baby oil gel. It is working wonders. It is half the cost with 1.5 times the lubricant to use. And when using it I don't use as much as the Astroglide. The one con to it is that it is an oil based substance so it is harder to clean it off. However, I have gotten most of the baby oil gel after a thorough washing with soap and water.

                                NO WORKOUT

                                I didn't find the time to do my jelqing exercise, because I was too busy with working on college and other stuff. Hopefully I will be able to do my exercise today. I can't wait for my Christmas break.
