    Workout:
    Warm up for 15 minutes with rice sock.
    Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels and circle stretches.
    50 UJs per set of 3 sets total.
    30 UV's per set of 3 sets total.
    Edged for 10 minutes. No ejaculation.
    Warm down with rice sock for 10 minutes.

        Another day without exercise

        College finals are preventing me from taking the time out to do these exercises. I'm glad today is my last day of college for the term.

          Workout:

          Edging turned into masturbation approx. 30 minutes
          Warm down with rice sock for 10 minutes.

          Not happy how I decided to masturbate after my session. I am trying to avoid masturbation but it is a hard routine to kick.

            Workout was pretty good today. I decided to log an anti-masturbating progress to motivate me to keep going with my attempts to reduce the amount of masturbation I do.

                    Rest day

                    I am going to have to start over the progress days of anti masturbation.

                    In other words, I masturbated and ejaculated. At least it was better to hold off for a couple of days then keep on doing it daily.

                        I forgot a single part of the jelqing in the technique of the UJ's at the last part of my workout and that was to squeeze the grip you have at the glands and then move your other hand up in the jelqing process. Overall, still a good workout.

                          Last measurement (19 November 2013):
                          BPEL: 7.125 inch
                          NBPEL: 6.5 inch
                          MSEG: 5.3 inch

                          Current measurement (20 December 2013):
                          BPEL: 7.25 inch
                          NBPEL: 6.6 inch
                          MSEG: 5.31 inch (13.5 cm)

                          I will measure 1 week from now to be absolutely certain these are true gains and not some fluke. I still have yet to receive girth gains but I am happy so far of how things are going.

                            Workout:

                            53 UJs per set of 3 sets total.
                            32 UV's per set of 3 sets total.
                            Warm down with rice sock for 15 minutes.

                            Post workout notes: I did an average of a couple more jelqs just for the hell of it and a few more circle stretches. I have turtled right after my pe exercises and I think it is the grip pressure that is causing the trouble. I should go lighter and I've just been going hard on my unit. Next exercise I do I will make sure to go lighter and see if I don't turtle.

                            Turtling after a workout is a definite sign of overtraining and I definitely want the opposite. I want my member to hang low for extended periods of time.

                                Workout:
                                Warm up with rice sock for 10-15 minutes.
                                Stretches: Helicopter shakes (20 sec/set), thigh stretches w/kegels (35 of both quick and reverse kegels/set), circle stretches (20 reps each direction).
                                50 UJ's per set of 3 sets total
                                30 UV's per set of 3 sets total
                                Stop and start edging: 10 to 15 minutes and ejaculated.
                                Finished with a warm down with a rice sock for 15 minutes.

                                I kind of regret ejaculating with my edging. Nothing else bad to report about the workout except I did it really late.
