    Workout:
    Warm up with rice sock for 15 minutes


    Stretching:
    2 rotations of basic stretches, 30 sec holds in the directions: left, right, straight out, up and down
    Total time while stretching: 5 minutes


    Jelqing:
    11 minutes of wet jelqs with standard OK grip at 50 to 60% erection level


    Cool down:
    Applied cold damp wash cloth to penis for about 5 minutes

    My body clues have been more or less positive throughout the couple of days that have passed but there have been some body clues that range more in the neutral area, such as the penis temporarily contracting after a workout. I forgot to up the intensity of the most current workout by adding another minute of jelqing but I am not going to dwell on that at all. I had a decent workout. However, I did have problems with erection levels while jelqing by that I mean getting too erect while working out.

    • If your erection get's too high during jelqs you just basicly need to stop and let is subside to proper erection %

        That's exactly what I have been doing. I counted my break time to make the adjustment for the jelqing to get in the correct time. It was just annoying that day because it happened 3 times in 3 minute intervals

          Workout:

          Warm up with rice sock for 13 minutes

          Stretching:
          2 cycles of the basic stretch w/light pull for 30 seconds in each direction. Directions of pull: up, down, left, right, and straight out.
          Total time: 5 minutes

          Jelqing:
          12-13 minutes of jelqing with basic OK grip with 2-3 second reps
          Preferred level of erection: 40 to 60%

          Cool down with cold damp cloth for 5 minutes and periodic massaging of penis.

          How it felt:
          Stretching felt very nice. I made sure not to pull too hard and laid out 2 cycles of stretches. I thought of adding a little more time to the stretches but I will hold off and monitor my body clues.

          Jelqing took a much longer time than anticipated. I got too erect frequently, it felt as if I was doing PE for the first time. It was a little humorous but overall very annoying. In the beginning I lasted only 45 seconds (~15-20 jelqs) before I had to stop and take a break. It happened again after that with the same length of time but as the workout went on it got easier. I tried my best to calculate the time while jelqing but I got a little mixed up at one point, however I finished most likely in between 12 minutes and 13 minutes of jelqing.

          Body clues:
          Leading up to my workout for today my body clues were: morning wood, good flaccid elasticity, larger flaccid throughout the day.

          • Just give your penis some time to get adjusted with PE.

            I actually stop after every 10 jelqs and let my erection % subside so you are in better situation in that way.

            There is not an even difference if I masturbate prior my workout it just depends on the day.

            One day I stay flaccid during stretches and do not get hard during jelqs on other days I have to take breaks

              Exactly the same here!

              Some days I'll get erect more easily than other days and some days I don't get hard when jelqing. It can be frustrating but there are those days where your penis acts the way you want it to act and the feeling is just great!

                  Rest day

                  Good body clues to report and no negative ones to report, gladly

                  Workout:

                  Warm up with rice sock for 13-15 minutes

                  Stretching:
                  2 cycles of basic stretches with 30 sec in each direction. Directions: up, down, left, right, and straight out.
                  Total time stretching: 5 minutes

                  Additional stretches/exercises on workout days: JAI stretches and kegels
                  I like to at least do 30 to 60 reps of JAI stretches when I can throughout the day.
                  I do close to 1 minutes of kegels on average throughout the day

                  Jelqing:
                  13 minutes of jelqing with 50% to 60% erection level.

                  How it felt: Stretching went by pretty good. I have been doing the JAI stretches on my workout days and they feel good getting that small bit of work in during free time that I have during the day. Jelqing went more smoothly than last time. I only had to stop my jelqing twice for my erection level to subside down into a proper level for jelqing. Overall, today was a good workout day.

                    Rest day

                    Body clues: My body clues have been pretty bad.
                    Absence of morning wood
                    Turtled flaccid
                    Less flaccid elasticity

                    Next workout I am going to keep the time I jelq in my head and make sure I don't jelq too much.

                    Today hasn't been that great today in general. Didn't get any sleep because of procrastinating on homework, so I don't know whether lack of sleep has any contribution to my dominant negative body clues.

                    I am just not sure. Can lack of sleep actually cause an increase in the chance of negative body clues?

                    • I've personally noticed that I get less morning wood if I miss sleep or sleep less.

                      I'm going back to the gym next month so now I'm working on getting atleast 8 hours of sleep every night.

                      I actually have even Android app called Sleep Bot to track my sleep

                      Sleep is resting so I think it even has effect on your gains.

                        Workout

                        Warm up with rice sock for 15 minutes

                        Stretching: 2 cycles of the basic stretching in all directions for a total of 5 minutes.

                        Jelqing: 14 minutes of jelqing at 50% erection level

                        Cool down with damp cold towel for 5 minutes

                        Additional workout: Edged for around 40 minutes two to three hours after my PE workout. Originally was going to masturbate but decided to edge and not ejaculate for the sake of the workout I did prior.

                        What I am thinking about: For the past 2 days I don't like my body clues at all. If I have bad body clues again for the rest of the night and tomorrow I am going to cut back my jelqing time to around 12 minutes which is the amount of time where I was still reporting good body clues.

                        Body clues:
                        Reduced flaccid size both length and girth (when I turtled in the past it was just a little bit of length but no girth which made me a bit more shocked).
                        Less flaccid elasticity
                        Possibly temporary size loss-I'd have to check by measuring but it just didn't seem to size up to my usual erect state.
                        Morning wood (only positive body clue to report)

                        P.S. It dawned on me that I've been forgetting to do my reverse kegels along with my workouts for the past handful of days. Could that be a possible cause of some negative body clues by having an uneven pelvic floor? I can see how an uneven pelvic floor can hamper with blood circulation and causing the penis to not expand as easily as it should.

                        One last thing I am going to do for a change is to reduce my wanking amount to half the amount I do a day, or even do it less than that. On average I jerk it once a day but I think lowering the amount of times I masturbate will be good for me.

                        • Reducing masturbation is really good I used to wank daily but now do it 3-4 times a week max.

                          I try to avoid wanking on my workout days.

                          If I had wanked too much before my workout I notcied that I got shitty workouts too

                          Do not forget to do your reverse kegels since here are some things that you might be running into because you

                          I would suggest you to cut on wanking amount and take a rest day since your negative body clues are clearly overpowering the positive ones.

                          It might be a good thing after a small break to go back to the previous amount of jelqs you did

                            Rest day

                            Workout:

                            Cool down with damp cold towel for 5 minutes


                            How it felt: Stretching was alright, however the jelqs were better. I am still having a tough time justifying how much pull I should put in my stretching and it is starting to become a problem. I sometimes think I am pulling with not as much force as I should and sometimes it is the opposite.

                            In regards to my body clues I have been doing a little better, however one thing that has been going on is my flaccid size has reduced on average a little more than a 1/4" in length and it feels more taught to the touch at times when it should be spongy and soft. I am going to take a couple days break from PE to see if rest is what I need because toning down the exercise a minute or two with my jelqing doesn't seem to do the trick because I measured my flaccid at one point and it was 1/2" less than my usual flaccid measurement.

                            I don't like this one bit so I am giving my dick as much rest as it needs. This taught, hard feeling is annoying as hell and I sure hope it isn't some hard flaccid disorder, or something.

                            I don't think I have hard flaccid right now but I am having trouble finding a list of symptoms for it. I know for a fact that is has something to do with the flaccid state being "hard like a rock" from what I have heard. The thing is with my penis it isn't as hard as a rock it doesn't feel spongy like it should and it is harder which feels abnormal. I am going to ask around the forum for more info on hard flaccid and discuss between members and neutralize whether I should be worried or not.

                            I am giving myself the whole weekend as rest or until my body clues are completely back to normal. This needs to be fixed immediately and I intend to do just that.
