I believe they do. And your body gets rid of anything unwanted. If you would have asked me a while back, I would have swore that maca was the shit. But after a couple months, Im not so sure. Alot of the vets here use these suppliments, and I havent been steered wrong by them yet. Its a fairly inexpensive cost to help along with the PE , so why not.....

Completed 2 sets of 12 minute hangs today. Also did 1 set of manual stretching along with my normal routine. 2-3 lbs seems very light for me. I will increase the weight some next week. My sock hanger is still a work in progress(slips off easily).

bpfsl was 7 1/4 " today
Thanks to Frb3 and Big Al, I think I finally got the wrap right for hanging.
Intensified my routine again. added 10 kegals to the stretching routine.
added 15 strokes to each jelq routine (5-10 second)
Now do 4 sets of uli's (45 second holds)
Hang 5 lbs 2 sets of 12 minutes (5-10 minute rewarm in between sets)
Baloon/edge 2-3 times a week (when possible)
After an intense workout for the last two days, I had a couple of "WOW" moments when measuring. Both times I busted
The 7" mark for bpel. I'm not going to change my stats just yet though, in case they are temporary.

Reach my 6 month mark in a couple days. And I think I've officially busted the 1" or better mark in gains.
I've measured after the last few workouts, and each time I hit the 7 1/8" to 7 1/4" mark
I hit the 7 1/4" mark if I edge/balloon after my routine. (I hope its permanent!)
Girth is another issue though. I've only gained about an 1/8" so far total. I'm gonna stick to this routine for awhile and see what happens.
So far, hanging has effected me positively. My eq is around 8, and the libido is cooking!

My homemade hanger is driving me crazy. takes as long to get it on right, as it does to hang.
So far everything is going good though. My bpfsl has increased a little(positive P.I.)

When I get it right, it feels like a real good hang. But man it's been a pain in the ass getting the wrap and all right.

I have a theory concerning Uli's(probably not new) About 30 seconds into the hold, I kegal really hard and loosen my hold for a split second(then immediatly re grip). This seems to push fresh blood into the penis while not losing the pressure of the Uli.
I seem to have much less red dot problems this way, and I'm able to safely hold it longer.

just finish another good workout. Edging soon to follow. Have to say, the rice sock is by far, hands down, the best way to warmup that I have tried so far.
After some advice from fellow Gymers and reading some material at Thunders, I think I finally got a good hanging systyem.
I use a 1" X 3" pipe clamp with a little modification, and a good wrapping, I get a reasonably comfortable hang. I'll post a picture of my contraption as soon as I get a chance.

Due to time constraints, I only managed 3 days PE last week. And only one so far this week. I got a cold virus and my head feels like it will explode. Just can't get motivated for PE with this shit. Had the best EQ i've had in a long time last week, after sex my boner remained for quite a while. I kegaled and squeezed during sex, and man I could drive a nail through a 2x4 with it.(the wife was pleased). I think edging has helped me alot. I plan on sticking with my current routine for awhile. Hanging is still a pain in the ass, but I feel like I'm getting a better stretch than I could by hand. I'm at 5lbs now, and I add an additional pound in the last few minutes of each hang.
