    Rest day yesterday. Today I'll be doing my routine. Great eq of late, with frequent morning wood. I like the bundled strecthes, and will keep them in my routine for awhile.
    Still sticking with the lighter routine(no hanging, or clamping) I believe this is the reason for my good eq?? Not sure though? I will measure today, and see if my old stats return.

      Hey waylander , Good report on the gains , dude !!
      Have the bundled stretches helped a lot with your gains ?
      How many and how long do you apply them ?
      Always wanting more good advice from you big gainers .
      Thinking of adding them to my routine .

        Thanks! I just started the bundled stretches, so I have no feedback other than they are intense. So far I do three 30 second sets, and they have left me with an outstanding flacid hang. Time will tell though

        I just measured again and I'm baffled. My bpfsl almost hit the 7 1/2" mark! And my EL was 7 3/8" !
        I think its good eq though, but there again, it was promising

          Hey Way when you say you do three 30 second sets are you twisting in both directions?

            Yeah millia, actually its (4) 30 second sets (my bad). I did 2 left twist 2 right. I was really impressed with the feel of the pull. I went with a low intensity pull though. I didnt want to overdo it. And by the way, thanks for your thread. Its the reason that I gave it a go!

              Hey way, so the bundled stretches are good then eh? I took a look at them and they kinda scared me lol, looks pretty intense.Maybe ill try them later on.

                Actually millia has more experience with them then I do. They ARE intense, but I'm going to ease into them. I do like them so far.

                  Did something different today. I pumped in the shower, first thing this morning(actually worked pretty good). Then attempted my routine an hour or so later. Got through the stretches, then things went to hell. I wasn't able to jelq

                  Oh well..........half a routine is better than nothing.

                        • Yeah man hope all is well. When you say EL 7 3/8 do you mean bp mate? Did you get stuck into the TGC? I need to study that badboy. Anyways, 1.25' since starting is pretty sensational stuff Way, impressive!

                            Yeah I'm tickled to death so far about what I've accomplished! I've worked hard at this, and believed in the payoff. I've been bouncing from 7 1/8 to 7 1/4 for awhile, but here of late, maintaining 7 1/4" bpel. The 7 3/8 mark, is I believe from good eq.

                            My bpfsl and bpel have been very close, and having decent eq aswell, had me thinking about the tunica. Thats why I went with the bundled stretches. I like to experiment so.....................
                            Eric, my measurements are BP. I've stuck with that from day 1. My akiles heel is girth. I can only confirm about an 1/8" so far, and thats on a good day.
                            I'm not complaining though, I'll focus my routine specifically for that, down the road. I've had some measuring hiccups along the way, but you can take it to the bank, that my posted stats are for real!

                                Did my current routine. Decent PI's, and EQ. (I really like the bundled stretches)
                                My edging sessions have been a little different. I have only been able to go for 10-15 minutes? Altough I'm having some awesome flacid hang afterwards

                                Wednesday(today): Day off

                                Current routine:
                                15-20 minute warm up
                                (1) set 5 way stretches with quick kegals
                                (1) set 5 way light bundled stretches
                                (1) set full bundled stretches
                                (50) V jelqs
                                (70) standard jelqs
                                15-20 minute warm down
                                edging (10-? minutes)
                                Bathmate 2-3 times a week
