        I think increasing warming up and warming up with 1 day of and 1 day on should have positive impact on your resting

        You can always go back to 2 days on 1 day off but get used to 1 day on 1 day off before switching and just watch how it works for you

          I totally agree!

          Iīm planning on doing 1 day on/1 day off, for the next 1-2 weeks I guess, and then try advance too 2 on/1 off

                  The muscle feel a bit tired and doesnīt respond as it used too. Have been riding bicycle everyday last 2 weeks so it could have something to do with that?

                    Not sure about bicycles effect but just go how you feel.

                    Have you done the reverse kegels yet to balance your pelvic floor muscles?

                    It could be your breathing during kegels. You have to breathe normally during kegels and focuse on not tensing your legs or abs

                      Naah only tried the reverse once. Might try doing both 50/50.
                      Oh! I always tend to hold my breath during the kegels, thanks for the advice your great!

                        You can try doing kegels standing or laying on your bed.

                        Focuse on breathing normally and tensing the pelvic floor muscles.

                        Start with holding each kegel for a second and work your way up to 3 second and then 5 to 10 seconds

                              I have had same thing with stretching and boners

                              You just basicly need to stop for a sec and let it subside since it is not a reason to skip exercise.

                              You can try to also masturbate little bit prior to working out if you have problem with being too erect during stretches but do not cum!

                                Hehe itīs frustrating I tried too stop for a while but it didnīt went down lol.
