Donīt pull your penis head, but pull your whole penis.

    If your planning to include jelqing you should find a few beginner programs and decide what fits you best. Jelqing light 1 day on and 1 day off should be plenty. If you try 2 day on and 1 day or 5 day on and 2 off days you will overtrain you penis, because you also train it with your extender all day.

    What are your stats anyway? I stretched downwards, but sometimes I started stretching upwards to make it ready for the downward pull (my penis stretches easier upwards).
    Yeah, working at home is nice for extending lol. My shift is actually for 10 hours, so eventually ill likely add in that last hour. I didn't necessarily plan on including a jelqing routine, I was just wondering. I'm just going to be doing my extender for now.

    As far as my warm up goes, its pretty similar to what you mentioned. I do a stroke-stretch sort of thing in several different directions and a bit of a massage to get good blood flow going, along with a rice sock.

    Starting stats I'm at 6 3/4 BPEL and 4 7/8 MSEG. That's measuring the length with a ruler. If I use a measuring tape that can account for my very slight upward curve its about 7 1/4 BPEL, but for a better measuring reference, I'm going to track with the ruler measurement because its easier to be more consistent.

      Sounds nice. It seems like you know a lot more than I first thought Thatīs good starting stats, you might be able to reach 8 inch bpel only from the extender if you finish the 9+ month program.

          Yeah thanks. Ive read quite a bit on the forums here, and again, its not my first go around with the extender, I just never stuck with it in the past for more than maybe a couple months or so. I saw your progress thread and noticed you were using the same device that I am, and that you got good results, and followed the actual Andro program closely like I am, so I wanted to get a bit more information from you about it. Id like to gain at least somewhere between 1/2-1" then maybe start a manual routine to add some girth afterwards, and continue to add a bit more length too.

          One other question for ya (at least for now lol). Did you use the standard noose that comes with it, or the comfort strap? Ive been fine with the normal noose, just didn't know if you used and/or found the comfort strap to be better. Thanks again.

            I see, 1/2-1" should be very possible - seems like we got pretty similar goals I only used the normal strap because I couldnīt use the comfort strap. Because I canīt pull back the foreskin on some of the left side - itīs connected to the penis head somehow (hard to explain lol).

                Tuesday (18.02.2014):

                My libido has been higher than ever today, pretty sure itīs a combination of good a functioning jelq-routine and the 10 days without porn! Experienced getting semi hard off nothing the whole day, and got a little too semi-hard once (almost erect), i catched a girl starring at it The EQ has been amazing 9-10, woke up with a heavy boner! Got "problem" staying flaccid during the stretches, had to do them carefully with a semi.

                Added 2 new exercises lately: Horse-squeece and "under the glans squeece". Have been including those two because of 1) good results with my jelq-routine and it seems like I recover good, from the routine I have been doing. 2) I overall want more girth and my dick is dealing with a little baseball-effect (big head).

                      Nah kinda opposite for me.

                      I just focuse on mostly resting during my off days.

                      Some days I might be really horny so it kinda depends
