I am hanging SD with low weight to get used to hanging again. I am using the sleeve to keep it from turtling. It is going great so far! Hopefully I can use everything I have learned to meet my goals for the year. It is great to be back. You staying healthy?

I am doing my best. I changed my routine to a lighter routine nearly two months ago and I have some length gains. I added the squeeze exercise into my routine to see if that would lead to girth gains. There were a bit too intense for my routine so I had to dial it down the reps down to only two reps of them in the routine.
For some reason I thought turtling was a bad PI and that it was a definite sign of overtraining but after re-reading the PI article I learned that it is a neutral PI and that it is a potential sign of overtraining and that it is confirmed if the turtling doesn't go away after several hours. Right now I am experiencing some good PIs from the workout today.

It sounds like you have a great plan. It takes time to figure it all out. Hell I am still trying to figure it all out. Turtling is not bad but I believe that you can use turtling a NI into a PI by keeping it extended during the healing phase. I have had my best results when hanging when I prevent it by keeping it extended. I hope that makes sense.

I don't have an ABS anti-turtle sleeve but could chair fowfers and LAS stretches work to keep it extended out?

Yeh definitely, it varies so much. I always wait until I get three measurements to accept those gains because of EQ differences. I think I will just about make my goal, depending on my EQ levels

PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.
