        • Gained 1/4 in MEG since the last time I checked, here are some pics. I have been hanging more than anything, seems odd to me.
          From 6 to 6.25 for my 2014 participation.

              • I am trying to gain length so it figures I gained girth but the surprising thing is that I had backed way off of girth stuff so maybe with girth less is more.

                • That is definitely food for thought. I have noticed that with a lot of vets on here, they seem to gain when they actually reduce their work-load a lot of times.

                  There appears to be a kind of eb-and-flow to gains, you have to start off low, milk those gains, but keep increasing intensity/work-load for a designated period and then when gains stop or taper off, the minimal loads seem work well.

                  Am still in the milking the shit out of my length gains at the moment, hopefully I still have another bit of gaining in the pipe-line (pun intended ).

                    Q1 Desired Goal: 18.5/14.3 cm
                    Q1 Results: 18.5/14.3 cm
                    Q1 Gain: +.5/+.3 cm


                    As odd as that seems, I believe that my length is may actually be longer than 18.5 cm due to my having not the best erection ever when I took my measure a few moments ago and even then it looked more like 18.75 cm than 18.5 cm. I want to play it safe though and not report something because I want to see it, hence why I am rounding down.

                    Q1 Debrief

                    Q1 was a time management disaster in terms of PE. I missed a lot of exercise days in January. I am attributing this to a mindset that I had regarding how I PE. As I PE for about one hour on an exercise day, I would often think something along the lines of "I can't exercise now, I have too much to do and I don't want to do a half-assed work-out" when I was too busy with other things (which occurred a lot this quarter). I still did one hour long session on exercise days during Januray but then started to divided the workout days in morning (length) and evening (girth) exercise. This has proven effective and I have only done nothing on one scheduled workday after January and that was due to extreme circumstances. Something else I have started doing is using a cock ring when I jelq. I am careful when I do this, and I realize that some skill and know-how is needed when doing this, but I personal have found them to be rather effective in improving my jelq form. I am debating about clamping as well, but I think I will see how long I can ride out the cock ring jelqs (I just started doing them two weeks ago).

                    PE things I am doing for Q2

                    i) Continue to break PE exercises into an AM (length) and PM (girth) sessions for better time management
                    ii) Continue to use cock-ring for jelqs and girth work
                    iii) Research clamping and see if it is for me
                    iv) Continue to use current routine
                    V) Continue to gain (?)

                    Also Bnip sorry for the delay in getting my Q1 up but I have been busy this past week.

                      Starting stats:
                      01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
                      22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
                      After a long break:
                      01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
                      16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3

                      • New measurements! I'm surprised since I took a few month break and just got back on it. However, the measurements may not be completely accurate since the only ruler I have is dark with dark numbering, and it was getting scared of the ruler and tailor's tape...

                        Measurements:
                        BPEL: 6.75"
                        MSEG: 5.24" (probably incorrect; I'll remeasure some other time) EDIT: actually, I'll just leave it and include it in the goal of maintained high EQ.

                        I'm going to work hard and consistently, and hopefully catch up to and achieve my goals in the next three quarters!
