Hi all, I have decided to restart my pe journey today. I have previously started on and off for a total of around 3.5 months over the past 2 years but did not see any gains so I had pretty low motivation level and faith.
However I have decided to restart today.

Warm up with rice socks for 10 mins.
stretch left, right, out and up with 25 kegels each direction, 10 big circle stretches to left and right for each direction.
jelq using ky jelly. jelq 30 times at around 30% erection level.
v jelq 25 times at around 50% erection.
Warm down - 5 mins.
I face a few problems tho. when i stretch, i feel some discomfort, even with really gentle care and intensity.
Also for the jelqs I find it a bit hard to maintain erection. hopefully it will get better.
