    Hi all, I have decided to restart my pe journey today. I have previously started on and off for a total of around 3.5 months over the past 2 years but did not see any gains so I had pretty low motivation level and faith.
    However I have decided to restart today.

    7/3/2014
    Warm up with rice socks for 10 mins.
    stretch left, right, out and up with 25 kegels each direction, 10 big circle stretches to left and right for each direction.
    jelq using ky jelly. jelq 30 times at around 30% erection level.
    v jelq 25 times at around 50% erection.
    Warm down - 5 mins.

    I face a few problems tho. when i stretch, i feel some discomfort, even with really gentle care and intensity.
    Also for the jelqs I find it a bit hard to maintain erection. hopefully it will get better.
    Too many doubts and uncertainty in mind, but i will start this journey.

    Good for you man!

    Stick with it, I'm sure you'll see results just keep an eye on those PI's.

    Maybe your pulling a little too hard if your feeling pain, take it easy to begin with.

      Thanks Burtybasset!
      I already started pretty light tho so I'm not sure why. Also, even in the past, i rarely "feel" like ive done a good routine and my penis tends to turtle at the end of the exercise even with low intensity routine.
      Hopefully i will find a solution to it.
      Too many doubts and uncertainty in mind, but i will start this journey.

        2nd sesh today.

        warm up
        stretch 4 direction
        jelq 40 times
        vjelq 30 times
        warm down.

        A bit of turtling straight after the exercise. I think it's normal right or am I wrong?

          gonna try to stick with 2t days on and 1 day off.

          today's workout (experimented with jelq first then stretch):
          warm up 10 mins.
          jelq 45 times
          v jelq 30 times
          stretch all directions
          warm down 5 mins

            Hey man hows it going?

            Are you gripping tightly when you jelq? I was jelqing and almost doing a stretch at the same time, gripping way too tight (EQ was reducing), I have changed this to barely gripping and EQ is through the roof, also a reverse OK grip seems good as you can get closer to your pubic bone and jelq more of the penis, just be careful not to trap the vas deferens,

            I don't usually get turtling though, this is normally the bodies protection response. Whats your EQ like?

            I think if you try and aim for penis health you might do better, but this is all about finding what works for you.

              Hi burtybasset,

              I'm not sure.... i grip to a degree where i feel the blood is pushing... i will definitely try with a lighter grip.
              my penis would be plump straight after the workout, but afterwards it would turtle a bit for an hour or 2, and then it will be normal again.

              After a few days of restarting my pe journey, i did feel a rise in my EQ, but not sure if it's a psychological factor... too early to tell. but yeah, i will stick with it.

                - jelq 45 times
                - vjelq 35 times
                - stretch in all directions
                - warm down 5 mins

                  still find the jelq a lil hard to maintain the erection... oh well.
                  also the stretch... i dont feel much of the stretch when i stretch upwards; and usually after my stretch my penis would tend to feel tired and turtle a bit.

                      Today:
                      since i have continuously experience turtling after the workout, im trying a really light routine just for today to see the response of my penis,
                      warm up 10 mins
                      stretch in all direction (10 kegel holds instead of 25)
                      jelq 30 times
                      v jelq 20 times

                      i still experience turtling after the exercise tho so i probably conclude that turtling is the natural reaction of my body after the exercise

                        experienced low libido today , kind of cause from stress again which made me have a hard time doing the jelqs.... i really should relax myself abit, PE is a long term process!

                          Been sick for the past few days....
                          Got back into it today but since im still recovering, penis is still tired.
                          Did mainly stretches today.

                          Warm up 10 mins.

                            Jelqing is still a pain.... its like impossible to get the erection going...
