    vjelq 35 times.
    stretch in all direction.
    warm down 7 mins.

    Found it more effective to warm down around 10 mins upon completing PE.
    Too many doubts and uncertainty in mind, but i will start this journey.

      Also noting my bpfsl has gone just above 14cm. dont think i have gained anything in bpel tho.
      hope it is a good sign.

            Thanks workin_4_it, I try expect less so i dont get demotivated like i did before. hope this journey is going to pay off! (:

            warm up -hot shower + 10 mins rice sock
            jelq 60 times
            vjelq 60 times
            stretch in all direction.
            warm down 6 mins.

            i find vjelq more effective than wet jelq as it feels it expands my penis more. just a thought.

              todays work out:
              warm up - hot shower + 10 mins rice sock
              stretch in all direction (replaced leftward stretch with another set of outward stretch since my penis is curved to left) (25 kegel holds and 10 circles stretches left and right as always)
              jelq 65 times
              v jelq 65 times
              10 mins break then warm down 9 mins.

              going back to stretch then jelq to see the effect of it on my penis, it seems to be as good as jelq first then stretch.

                edge - 12 mins.

                I have found my leftward curve(always had it probs due to masturbation with right hand) is getting slightly stronger, due to possibly one handed jelq with right hand. should attempt the one handed jelq with left hand from next exercise onwards to hope to relieve the curve.

                  tried lefthand one handed jelq 20 times but didnt succeed.
                  v jelq 10 times
                  warm down

                  Yesterday

                  stretch up down*2 right *2
                  tried jelq with overhand grip 20 times
                  warm down 10 mins.

                    another exercise sesh yesterday.

                    low libido during jelq and penis didnt seem to respond well. hopefully things become better.

                    took a measure a few days ago. no change in BPEL.
                    BPFSL is at 14.5 cm.

                      When my penis hair starts to grow back after shaving, it irritates my pubic area and penis shaft especially after pe. this is causing my penis to turtle.

                        Hey ITH, doing great! Keep it up!

                        Try Carsons Razorless Shave cream, or similar. (see this thread) Works great, and lasts longer than shaving. Or, a good lotion that will soften the hair.

                            Did a quick measurement this morning. BPEL is at 13.5cm - 13.7cm. not sure if accurate, but also maybe its just good EQ. my penis was very hard before and now it is even harder lol. got to focus on length exercise more.
