I have a short attention span I guess. Stretching is already becoming extremely boring to me. I'm not that motivated to do it either. LOL. SO, I'm back to clamping for girth. I'd posted a new ''log'' for tracking length gains earlier today, but then thought ''blah'' about it. I'll add to this thread as time progresses. Starting at 7'' non bp erect length and 6.25'' erect girth. Clamping will be done for about 30 minutes daily, 5 days a week average. That type of routine has proven effective for me in the past.

Going For 7'' Girth With Clamping!

I'm shooting for 2-3 sets of around 10 minutes for now. I've gone as long as 15 minutes, but never felt comfortable going for longer time. Back at it as of today. I bought myself 4 cable clamps, so I'm set for now. I clamped this afternoon for one set of 10 minutes to get a feel for things again. This evening, I did one more set at 10 minutes or so. Tonight though, after I had my first clamp on for a few minutes I added a second clamp on top (right in front and up against the first) of the first. Talk about cranking it up a notch! Two clamps cranks up the pressure to the point that you really don't need to do any squeezes or anything else. Just push the clamps back a little every couple minutes or so since they slide forward some due to blood pressure, and kegel in more blood. Very intense 10 minutes! Nice and plump afterward.Originally posted by RIB2211 View PostGood luck man. I assume you're doing clamping for 3 sets of 10 minutes? I used to do that as well...could never tell if that's what destroyed my EQ or not, but I still do it on Mon, Wed, Fri for a quick set of 5 minutes.
Either way, have fun

I couldn't ever imagine being 6''+ girth a long time ago. I say at least 6 months experience, and slowly work into it. I use a Cable Clamp, the medium size is all most men will need...ever. That's the actual brand of the product. You can get them online Cable Tie Wraps Replaced by Patented New Clamp! Which is what I usually recommend because not all men can buy them locally. Sometimes they're found at Wal Mart near the extension cords. USUALLY, Home Depot sells them in their Hardware section under the stamped on brand ''Cable Cuff'', even though they are in fact still made by the same company...you can see this by the design, and looking closely at the product...molded in ''Cable Clamp''. Check out this thread I re-posted, it's a great guide and answers many of the small details like how to wrap for example.

On a side not, I HIGHLY suggest using actual cable clamps and not hose clamps or something else you think might work. Cable Clamps are basically perfectly shaped, have a very quick release and are easy on, easy off.Last edited by stillwantmore; 12-20-2009, 09:17 AM.

Dur hu hu. Um no. You'd be surprised I guess but most women can handle 6.5"+ girth just fine. Makes foreplay a lot more fun too.Originally posted by jb357 View PostDo you have a specific clydesdale picked out for when you hit 7" of girth or are you just going to take them as they come lol?
