Going For 7'' Girth With Clamping!

    Here's some pics from just a bit ago. I did two sets of 15 minutes each. The second set may actually have been around 20 minutes. First two pics are from the side and then from the top while clamped. Both taken during the second set. I typically get 1/4''-1/2'' of a girth pump while clamped. This 'pump' carries over to when I'm flaccid as well. A little comes from some fluid build up but not much. I really get some good expansion from clamping. The third pic is during a break for a few minutes. I like to pop the clamps open several clicks to open the blood flow back up, but I don't take them off completely in between sets. Doesn't make sense to. Saves time with not having to re-wrap and re-place my clamps. I always double clamp now. I typically do some slight bends while clamped. This involves simply holding the clamps with one hand and bending forward from the front of my penis over the hand holding my penis and clamps. I also do two handed squeezes, or ''horse squeezes'' as they're sometimes called. This while clamped involves simply holding the clamps with one hand, and squeezing the glans and front of the penis with the other. The hand that holds the clamps isn't really doing anything. It's just a place to put my hand I guess. In the first post session pic, I am measured flaccid and come in at close to what my ERECT girth is. Very nice!

      Maybe you've answered this before and I missed it, but what do you use as your wrap?

      And man you can get those clamps close the pubic bone!!!

        I use a generic mouse pad. I'm a fan of the neoprene backed type. It has a thin, blue fabric cover. Probably about 1/8'' thick. I cut it the long way to around 2'' wide to give me plenty of room for clamps. Of course, you will get several wraps out of one mouse pad. I get mine at Wal Mart. Oh, and I place the fabric side against the skin for comfort.

          Hey stillwantmore. Nice pics dude. Your girth is monsterous dude. Still trying to hit 6 inches midshaft. On that first pic where you have the cable clamp clicked all the way down to the last click doesn't that hurt the shaft at the exact area that the cable clamp is clamped down on?

            How tight the clamps are will vary among men. It's based on wrap, how much wrap, your girth, and comfort. With time, you sort of get used to the discomfort of clamping and the additional expansion it gives. It should never hurt though, and no it does not hurt. The wrap provides a lot of cushion and prevents pinching, or pain. I actually have 2 more clicks left on each clamp. I can't go any tighter than that, it's just not necessary or possible. Like I've said before, you have to experiment with clamping. you want to slow down the outward blood flow, and keep the fresh blood coming in. NOT totally cut it off both ways. Similar to how a properly fit, metal cock ring works. With a clamp though you can safely go much tighter than a cock ring and be able to remove the clamp/s when needed.

              Another day of clamping already done. I clamped for two sets, each 15 minutes. Like said above I'm double clamping these days and finding the added pressure a big benefit. Newer guys, don't go right into double clamping. Stick with ONE clamp at least your first couple months until you get a solid feel for things. So, I clamped my first set, popped the clamps open several clicks (leaving them on like above) for a few minutes, then did my second set. After the second set, I let my erection BEHIND the clamps fade, while leaving my penis engorged forward of the clamps. I loosened both clamps one click each, then took a warm, long shower. Took the clamps off afterward. Very nice plump.

                  Well, it was nice having a few days off. I'm back to clamping as of today. Did a 20 minute session earlier double clamped of course. I have as of today begun re-incorporating an exercise I had toyed around with in the past but did not feel I was ready for it yet, so I dropped it. Anyway, it's a very intense clamping exercise. I was unsure of sharing this publicly because it IS a very intense exercise. Simple in execution, but you've been warned. If you are clamping, you are supposed to be an advanced girth worker who is in TUNE with his penis anyway. I hold no liability to YOUR poor judgment. That said, the exercise is as follows. After getting double clamped, stand up. Walk over to the nearest wall. Place a hand palm first against the glans of your penis. Place the back of this hand against the wall in front of you. You are standing right up to the wall. Lean forward into your hand (which is again, against the wall). CAREFULLY press into your hand and the wall with your penis. The force generated inside is INTENSE as hell if you do this right. You're using the variable weight of your body, so again....BE VERY careful. The glans, being that it is also already engorged gets very worked as does the rest of the penis. There's an overall sense of outward expansion and stress that can be felt within. I'm only able to go for about 30 seconds at a time with these. So far, I'm doing these for about 5 minutes total at the end of a clamping set. I plan to eventually make these the 'meat and potatoes' of my clamping work. After doing these, I hang FAT AND WIDE. My glans gets engorged like crazy too. I call these very simply ''Wall Presses''. I suppose a guy who is not clamping could also do these in a similar fashion if he was doing ''horse squeezes''. Rather than having a set of clamps at the base, squeeze with your hand like in the horse squeeze, and then do like described above. Note, there is NO side to side movement, and NO bending of ANY fashion for PURE SAFETY REASONS. This is a STRAIGHT forward pressing movement.

                    Dang dude, that is a craazy exercize. I hope nobody injures themselves...why take that risk, I can just imagine it going *splat* and squashing into a jelly-filled lump of useless flesh. There are other SAFER ways to incorporate exercizes with clamping - light bends for example, or light jelqs or light squeezes (kegels are sufficient though). Whatever you do when you clamp it should be very very light.
                    6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
                    10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
                    12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)

                      This sounds like a pretty intense exercise. Any chance you could upload a photo of you doing it? I'd like to give it a go, but I'm a little lost on the directions (mainly the beginning).

                          Yes, guys new to clamping should go very light. Thanks for re-enforcing that. A less intense version can be done by simply taking a hand and pressing the palm toward the body against the glans. The next step up would be doing the above.

                            Clamped Wall Press

                            This is what this exercise will look like. Again, very simple yet VERY intense and is NOT for the NEWBIE, or guy new to clamping. A milder version can be done by either doing a clamped horse squeeze, or by pressing the palm of a hand over the glans without the wall/bodyweight.

                              Just a few questions. I noticed you've got a strong erection there. Is a 90-100% erection required for this exercise? And how hard are you pressing against your hand/wall?

                              Also, you said you can only go for 30 seconds. Do you do: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off during you're whole set of 10 minute clamping?

                                Yes, I work with around a 90% erection to leave a little bit of flexibility. I don't know how hard exactly I press. I just sort of guess and go by feeling. I go for about 30 seconds 'on', and yea about 30 'off' and repeat. I'm only doing these for about 5 minute per set.
