      That's a good approach, really. I think I'd been into PE a few YEARS before I even stumbled into clamping.

        Clamping W/Vitamin V

        Something I'm doing again is using generic (Indian, Cooper Pharma Brand) viagra when clamping. I'm doing this on three of my 5 clamping sessions per week for now. I use only about 1/4 of a 100mg pill. It's not exact dosing because even though I use a pill splitter, they don't always cut dead on. However, approximately 1/4 of a pill is all I need. Gives me that little bit extra ''oomf!'' during my sessions and makes maintaining a CLAMPED 90% or so erection level pretty much effortless. Not to mention, I honestly feel like I just get a better workout with the little kick from the vitamin v. It sorta makes sense if you know how the drug works. There are NO ''dependency'' issues, nor concerns. Viagra is not chemically addictive, nor do I need it for clamping. I again, just feel like I get better sessions on a small dose. The 'pump' I get also hangs around longer. Another benefit to the low dose, is that I do not get any stuffiness or flush like I get with around 1/2 of a pill. So, I get the extra kick for my sessions, and no negatives. Just something else the more experienced guys who want more out of their sessions may consider. DO NOT reply with your posts of protest against using ''drugs'' with PE if you do not approve. I will edit them to keep this log on track. This is after all MY progress thread and not for such posts.

        My last couple sessions have been two sets of 20 minutes. The goal being to soon be working 3 sets of 15-20 minutes as I've done in the past when I've done clamping on again, off again. This time around, I'm going to stay consistent and dedicated.

        I'm conditioned for this sort of work, so be advised of such. If you are new to clamping do not do anything I do just yet. I've WORKED UP TO this level.

          Did 2 sets at 20 minutes each yesterday. Had an incredible workout. Most likely backing it down a little today. Got a little soreness. I'm thinking of only using one clamp and going a little shorter on my sets today. My flaccid girth is 5.5'' here lately. Also up about 1/8'' on erect girth. I get around 1/2'' of pump on most workouts, sometimes more.

            Yea buddy!

            Ain't nothin' to it but to do it! To quote one of my favorite bodybuilders Ronnie Coleman. I am back at clamping and loving it! I'm hanging nice and fat every day now. More so than before I'd started again. You can just tell when your penis is getting fatter....you can feel it. Not sure what the flaccid girth was before...I want to say a little over 5''. It's averaging 5.5''...yep....FLACCID. Muah ha ha. Erect girth is measuring consistently about 1/8'' bigger as well. I got a gain on the way and can just feel it.

              That's what I'm thinking. I want to reach my length goal before I go for girth. So in maybe 2-3 years I'll hit up the clamping :P

                Experimenting: Three Clamps

                Beginning today, I'm going to be placing a third clamp (over wrap) at different places
                on my shaft during my sets. Still using 2 at the base. Stay tuned.

                    6'' Glans!

                    Well, close I thought it looked cool so I wanted to share a pic. Normally my glans is around 5.5'' un pumped. This is during a clamp set from today.

                      well stillwantmore. that is some nice girth. thats what im also trying to shoot for. my wife wants the girth more so than the length. im going to start clamping in about 5 days. now u said to be flaccid when u place the clamp on and then kegel to get the blood in. what if u lose the erection during the clamping session. is that ok or should u start jerking it to get it hard again..

                          I'm closing the group tomorrow probably.                             I'm rather enjoying your log and finding it informative. Your results and meticulous methods have got me really curious about clamping. I think that, if I don't see some results with my current routine after a while, that will be the next step.

                            btw if you have any feedback for my log, it would be greatly appreciated, since you are clearly an expert in what my goals are oriented toward.

                                Recently when I release my clamp, I've noticed my glans/head of my penis almost look like it has...tiny shimmering crystals, or like dust? I don't know how to explain it, I know it must be the way the light is reflecting of my glans, but I was just wondering if you've ever gotten this? They're not actual dust particles or crystals or whatever, when I massage out my penis I feel no tiny bumps whatsoever, so I know it's more of an appearance. I've started noticing this after I started doing the clamping jelq (where you pull up on the clamp).

                                I think it's a good sign that my unit is being worked, but at the same time I'm kind of like..."what the fuck?"
