    Day 68 of modified JP90.

    Warm up 15 mins.

    5 direction stretches (with kegels) followed by rotation stretch.

    Helicopter shakes after rotation stretches.

    50 jelqs.

    30 v-jelqs.

    Warm down 10 mins.

    Added 15 extra jelqs to the routine after v-jelqs, didn't get hard immediately after initial jelqs. Put a bit extra force into today's routine (was barely pulling before) since I'm having every other day off, will see how PI's are tomorrow to see if I need to back off, no signs of turtle tonight and no edging. Day off tomorrow.

      Today's routine was slightly more hurried than usual, but managed to get my normal workout in, stay soft for the entire duration of stretches, didn't do the extra jelqs, PI's appear positive - good flaccid hang, no red spots, Etc. Rest day tomorrow.

        Day 72 of modified JP90.

        80 jelqs.

        Warm down 15 mins.

        Today's routine went pretty good, got hard a few times when stretching and jelqing, did extra jelqs after erection subsided, and forgot to add initial jelqs on to the next set, missed V-jelqs because I had done more normal jelqs than usual. Found gripping was a bit of a pain today, but got there in the end. Day off tomorrow.

          Day 74 of modified JP90.

          Good session today, but could do with another trim of the bush, kept catching hairs when stretching, got semi hard during stretches a couple of times always seems to happen because of kegels, waited till they dissipated then carried on.

          Managed to get all jelqs and v-jelqs in without becoming fully erect, but got hard at the end of v's and decided to edge (it's been a while), got to PONR 3 times then ejaculated.

          Went for a 3 mile run also before PE today, first time in about a year also.

            Day 75 Rest Day.

            Just a quick update, PI's this morning were pretty awesome, morning wood that didn't want to go away, super hard and feeling super horny, not sure if the edging or the couple of mile run helped yesterday.

            Also been making changes to diet, attempting the lower calorie intake/two day fast (closely resembling the caveman diet), not that I need to lose weight but have noticed increase in energy.

            Anyway off to the Safari Park with wife and son today, my boy has not yet seen lions and Tigers/rhino's and stuff, but will today.

              Today's session went ok, got hard a couple of times during stretching which was a little annoying, got hard once during jelqing, edged after workout got to PONR three times then ejaculated. Pi's seemed positive just not as positive as last time, will see how they are tomorrow. Rest day tomorrow.

                I did that about week three, one day on one day off. Some weeks Mon. Wed. Fri with the weekend off. In my case that seems to be about the right amount of work.

                  Today's routine went ok left it a little late, but got it done, started to get hard after helicopter shakes, a little annoying but went pretty quick, did extra jelqs because I got hard half way through and wanted to do 50 straight with no break, got hard again halfway through v-jelqs. No edging today, rest day tomorrow.

                    Today's session was a bit more of a pain, kept getting hard, just makes it way more time consuming than need be, but got all exercises done in the end, no edging today.

                    Yesterday when entertaining the wife had no signs of DE, maybe the quick edging sessions are paying off or maybe it's just been a while?

                            Well with the finish line in sight, I'm thoroughly enjoying JP90! Today's session went great for the most part, got off my behind and got it done early for a change.

                            Kept getting hard after each stretch and sometimes in between rotation stretches, even helicopter shakes were making me hard, it's like I'm on heat or something.

                            Shaved my bush because it had grown back with a vengeance, went to town on that sucker with the hair clippers, made stretching a great deal easier, my skin felt somewhat softer after shaving, I have no idea why (it's not like I use aftershave on it). Got hard midway through jelqing too so decided to try and do a straight 50.

                            Attempted edging didn't go quite the way I planned, started with good intentions but got carried away and forgot to stop when close to PONR, too damn horny I guess.

                            Tried a new little exercise today, that isn't intense some may even find funny, you know those spring door stops (you can see where this is going), when you prang them with your finger, well I started doing that with my rod whilst erect - EQ seemed to grow and grow - super hard, might be something like those towel raises without the need to kegel - but more funny.

                              Don't know if I've missed a day I was thinking about PE'ing yesterday but thought for some reason I hadn't had a day off.

                              Today's session went ok struggled with stretches, kept getting hard or at least not fully flaccid, but got there in the end, managed to do the 50 jelqs and 30 v-jelqs done straight off without stopping in between, was super hard at the end so I edged, got to PONR 3 times and ejaculated.

                              Did my new Sprong (spring + dong) exercise (post 43) before edging, I'm not joking erection angle seemed to get higher.

                              PI's - EQ was super solid, the one side of my unit with the bend seemed a little straighter, helmet even looks bigger, flaccid hang wasn't as good, but then I didn't exert as much force for the stretches as usual because of keep getting semi erect. Rest day tomorrow.

                                Today's session was a little late again as work has picked up slightly, after first rotation stretch to the left got fully hard, had to wait about ten minutes for this to subside, did rotation in the other direction and got fully hard again for about ten minutes, did a bit of shadow boxing the next time this happened and it went away quicker.

                                Kegels are the prime suspect that is making me hard, managed to do jelqs in one go without getting fully hard and I have to say are the part that I enjoy most.

                                I believe jelqs, in conjunction with edging (as well as my new fun spronging exercise) are what is giving me super EQ, as well as jelqing being the main contributor to straightening my curve.

                                Edging went ok, got to PONR three times then ejaculated, the first two got there in a reasonable time, but after the second PONR reverse kegeled and then it took me a good 20 minutes to get to PONR again, but I got there.

                                Also having fun with Sprongs, they seem a little silly, but I can physically see my erection grow and erection angle increases within ten sprongs, but have to be 70%+ hard, anyone reading this give them a try to see if I'm crazy.

                                Pi's - Super hard EQ, great flaccid hang that seems to be lasting well into the next day, very horny all the time, barely have to think about sex and I'm hard and curve is definitely getting straighter! I'm yet to see any negative or neutral PI lately.
