    Day 11 of modified JP90.

    Warm up 15 mins.

    5 Direction stretches with kegels, followed by rotation stretch.

    Helicopter shakes after each rotation.

    50 jelqs.

    30 v-jelqs.

    30 sprongs.

    Edged.

    Warm down 15 mins.

    Today's session went good, went easier on the stretches as my EQ was a little odd yesterday and today, got hard fine, but it didn't stay that way, normally I have to beat it down with a stick once its there (figuratively speaking). I think maybe went a little too hard recently in an attempt to stop getting erect during stretches, flaccid hang has been good though, even more so today after my lighter session oddly.

    Jelqs went okay, went a little lighter also, will see how body responds tomorrow, signs immediately after session look good. Struggled with v-jelqs as always as I was about 70% hard, but when came to the end of these went soft, again it normally stays hard till about 5/10 minutes after concluding edging.

    After some stimulation started sprongs, they seemed to get EQ and erection angle up to nearly where it should be, then edged (using imagination), got to PONR 3 times and then ejaculated on the third.

    Have yet to determine whether my body is more responsive to reps or intensity, but think I will start going lighter again and build up slow, maybe the weird EQ thing is partly because of my couple of weeks off and my body is getting back into PE'ing again, or gripping/pulling too hard, time will tell.

        Thanks MrB8,

        always watching those PI's, they were turning neutral I believe, but glad I stopped using as much force, I suppose if things are moving away from Positive, without change may eventually become negative.

        Today's PI's:

        Much better with lighter stretching/jelqing yesterday, great flaccid hang, EQ is good, even had morning wood. CS was feeling a little spongier the last few days, while CC's are still solid, but feels better today.

          Day 13 of modified JP90.

          Warm up 15 mins.

          Today's session went good, sticking with the lighter stretches and jelqs. Shaved excess hair too, to make stretches easier.

          Replaced v-jelqs with normal jelqs, want to try and target CS a little more and V-jelqs seem pretty ineffective, probably because after jelqs I normally hard and CC's are solid. Didn't edge today or do sprongs, decided to cut right back on additional exercises, but may continue to edge every other session or so, haven't quite decided yet.

            So today's session went well, stretched with light grip and light pulling force, got semi erect once.

            Jelqs went well, got hard by the end of these though. Decided to add sprongs back to the routine and they worked great, might just do these every other session with edging.

            Edged as well as I didn't last session, got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third - quite powerfully I might add.

              Today's session went pretty good, got fully hard a couple of times when doing the 5 direction stretches and half way through jelqing.

              Didn't bother with v-jelqs, sprongs or edging, even though I was hard and pretty horny upon completing jelqs, I thought it better to rest tonight.

                Today's session went well, went a little quicker with the stretches than usual, but they felt pretty good.

                Jelqs felt good as always, CS seems to be responding pretty good.

                Did sprongs and they worked well, followed by edging, got to PONR 3 times then ejaculated on the third. Also was a bit bad yesterday was really horny and Mrs Basset wasn't putting out, so I edged yesterday too.

                  Day 21 of modified JP90 (Didn't update log yesterday).

                  Warm up 15 mins.

                  5 Direction stretches with kegels followed by rotation stretch.

                  So yesterdays session went well didn't get hard during stretches, still not going too intense with the stretches, going to steadily increase force while monitoring PI's which are good, but not as good as they were the last few weeks of JP90 the first time round.

                  Jelqs felt great, did a few ultimate jelqs to target CS a bit more, which seems to be responding well. Doing three sets of 25 - 25 with forward grip, 25 with reverse grip, 25 with UJ grip and the remaining 5 I switch back to forward grip.

                  Edging went okay, got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third time, but was seated this time, instead of in kneeling position (which I believe replicates intercourse best), felt more relaxed, but harder to get to PONR.

                    So today's session went well, decided to not do kegels with stretches as the last few sessions I have been getting hard, stretching definitely feels better without kegels, but will see what PI's say.

                    Decided to reduce the number of jelqs also, not because of any negative PI, but because I felt I was getting more positive ones toward the end of JP the first time round, namely thicker longer flaccid, but erections were pretty much the same.

                    Edging went well too, got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third, using imagination only.

                      I read through your log and it looks great. You are doing good with the low intensity, Burty. I may have to try out those sprongs and I should definitely get into more edging. Keep up the good work!

                        Day 25 of modified JP90!

                        Today's session went good, leaving the kegels out of the stretching part of the routine is definitely helping not getting erect.

                        Jelqs felt good, but got fully hard and had to wait a little while for erection to subside before continuing. Did 25 forward grip, 25 reverse grip (UJ) and 10 forward grip just targeting the front half (mainly glans).

                        Edging didn't go brilliant but glad I got it done, it seemed to take forever to get to PONR, so while I got bored did an Uli. Not particularly interested in any more girth, but would like larger glans and I can feel pressure in the glans from the Uli.

                        Haven't done sprongs every session, they stopped feeling quite as good, but this session when I did them in between edging, man did erection angle and hardness increase. Got to PONR three times with edging and ejaculated on the third eventually.

                          Did stretches today super light, in an attempt to get the PI's back that I had at the end of JP90 last time round, I haven't been getting any negative, EQ has been great, but flaccid isn't doesn't hang as thick and long as it did before and I'm not turtling. Did get hard a few times even though I didn't do kegels, might reintegrate the back into the routine.

                          Jelqs went great as always the first 25 I went light, as with the stretches, then gripped a little firmer which felt better.

                          Did some light sprongs and they felt great! Hardly pushing, just to get a bit of bounce, felt a strange sensation in the perineum area, felt a little like a reverse kegel as I was relaxed, but not 100% sure yet.

                          Edging went okay, usually feel PONR coming from a mile away, it felt like it crept up on me and almost lost my control, but I didn't. The second time I got to the PONR it was much clearer, maybe I'm just too horny. Got to PONR four times this time as first was a little imperceptible and ejaculated on the fourth, just to be sure!

                          Missed yesterdays session will only count one rest day.

                            Today's routine went okay, decided to add kegels back in today, don't know yet if I'll keep them in the routine yet.

                            Jelqs felt good as usual added a couple of Uli's today too, like the glans expansion, as well as the CS expansion, especially after the 25 reverse grip UJ to target CS.

                            Got to PONR three times and ejaculated on the third with edging.

                              Today's session went pretty good, decided to not warm up as long, I remember Big Al suggesting warming up for too long can cause fatigue (which stands to reason). So I thought it might be prematurely tiring my penis before I have worked it out and could be responsible for a few neutral PI (mainly flaccid hang), EQ is still as good as ever though.

                              Still getting a little hard during stretches, but went away relatively quickly by distracting myself. Still using moderate force, not too light, but not tugging as hard as I can, just enough to feel a little tension, not feeling the same tension in my ligs, decided to go a little easier, see what happens.

                              Jelqs felt great, took a little extra time with them (with each rep), these seem to feel best when at less than 50% erect, I have become erect or at least 80% erect and continued just to get the set done before now, but I decided to wait for it to completely subside today.

                                Missed yesterdays session so only count one day off.

                                Today's went okay, got hard a fair bit during stretching, which was a little annoying. Decided to change my grip when stretching, at some point during the course of my routine I have gone from ok grip to a two fingered and thumb grip, it was because I was able to grip better with my middle finger than my fore finger. But with this grip it has made me grip further up the penis so was not getting the full stretch, so today I reverted to the previous ok grip. Indicators are good immediately after routine are good so will stick with the normal grip.

                                Jelqs felt good, apart from getting hard half way through. Added 2 Uli's onto today's session, for 20 second holds, great glans expansion from these.

                                Attempted to edge but got interrupted.
